sony ds4 wont power off link hardware
after a long play session (maybe 1hr or more) ds4 will not turn off link hardware

using ps or power button from link main menu -> x
link will appear to sleep, and controller turns off, then a few seconds later, the link and controller turn back on

on 2nd attempt to turn off the link it stay asleep and controller stay off

tested it with 2 different sony ds4 controllers

maybe the link is sending the signal to wake the controller before it goes to sleep
but only after long play sessions

I've had this happen while using the Dualsense. Trying to shut down with just the keyboard also produces the same results. I started having this issue within the past week.

What is the Steam Link firmware build number and are the controllers connected over USB or Bluetooth?

the beta build seems to have fixed it, will roll back to public to see if it returns

rolled back to 910 from 912 and its still fixed
ds4 controller can turn off the link without it powering back on again
not sure on controller firmware, i only use them via bt to the link

for me it was solved when opting into beta then rolling back to public

link menu -> settings -> system -> switch to beta/pubic
link will reboot and download/update builds

somewhere in it some setting or config got flipped and it no longer reboots when shut down
