The VRLink Driver encountered a fatal error Error: Failed nvEncEncode Picture. Errorcode: 5
I'm using a MetaQuest 3s and when I try to connect it to my PC, this error appears. Can anyone help?

That's probably more a question for in the SteamVR support forums, but taking off my "I work on Steam Link" hat for a moment and putting on my "I also work on SteamVR" hat instead, that error message suggests your Nvidia drivers are somehow borked. (Or you used to have an Nvidia card, upgraded and got a Radeon instead, and the Nvidia drivers are still installed and confusing matters.)

I would recommend using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to nuke your display drivers entirely, reboot clean, and then reinstall the latest version of whatever's appropriate for your graphics card.
