Steam Controller 2 lagging on Steam Link (Android)
I’ve been testing my Steam Controller 2 with Steam Link (new version 1.3.29) on my NVIDIA Shield TV Pro (2019), and I’m running into a strange issue:

When I connect the controller through the USB puck, Steam Link does detect it — but has some input latency. The whole controller feels sluggish, with noticeable delay on every action.

If I switch to Bluetooth, the controller becomes completely smooth and responsive. Zero lag, everything feels instant. However, vibration doesn't work this way.

Is this a known issue with the puck on Android/Steam Link?

No... there were some USB issues (affecting both connect-to-Puck and connect-via-USB-directly) in a few earlier builds, but they should all be fixed in 1.3.29.

Do you see the same latency if you connect the controller via a USB cable directly? If not, I wonder if there's some wireless interference going on with the Puck in your environment...
Yes, same latency via cable. Before connecting to the host, the controller works fine (in the app menus). Interesting thing is, moonlight + virtualhere also work fine with the puck.
