native ffmpeg doesn't work because libavdevice.so.52 is missing
When I try to use ffmpeg on the Steamlink, it returns this:
# ffmpeg -L ffmpeg: error while loading shared libraries: libavdevice.so.52: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory # ffmpeg -h ffmpeg: error while loading shared libraries: libavdevice.so.52: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Just curious where you got it from. If you're building it yourself you'll want to include
--enable-static in the compile options. It should build with the dependencies in the binary.

Edit: Have some time today. I'll try to get you a build.

Edit edit: If you are using one of the working ffmpeg builds you'll want to start it with ./ffmpeg -L

Edit3: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mtVsm9YSgryAHFda6U7y5MBe8HolasTO/view?usp=sharing It's the new version should be current as of today. I changed the source of ffplay to 1920x1080 forced otherwise it's not fullscreen and only displays a corner of a video.
