SteamLink run Steam in an exclusive window?
Is it in the plans to make Steam run in an exclusive window?
I'd like to have the ability to use my PC and SteamLink at the same time. (I have the resources):steambored:

You can't do this in Windows or Mac, unless you use virtualization. On Linux, you might have more succes. Launching games in a xephyr window should be possible.

The easiest way is probably to install Windows in VMWare Player.

The performance will not be the same as native, but most games will work. Do make sure you enable 3d acceleration, though.

Hi Shark,
After I started googling "lightweight LINUX distros", I realized I'd lose the ability to use most of my Steam software (Duh). :)
I ended up just making a Windows 7 VM and cutting it almost half of my PC's resources (I'm writting this post on the VM now). I'm installing games and will be testing performance momentarily.
