Hello,
I used to play on my full HD TV with my Steam Link I bought back in the day. Now I wanted to give it a try again. Since then I have moved to Linux Mint with the native Steam client not the flatpak one.

When I am playing a game like LEGO The Hobbit the screen extremely flickers like the image is there an then there is black for a few frames. It is hard to consistently reproduce but it is almost always there. I ran the game with Proton and without. Both the same.

Luckily I have dual boot and tried the same with Windows. With the same host and client Remote Play settings I still get like a little flicker here and there but it looks more like one frame dropped or something. But no black for multiple frames.

Now I set Steam Link up on my Raspberry Pi 4 and there are no problems whatsoever. It runs like a charm.

But I want to use my bought native Steam Link hardware just because.
So if anyone can help me or experienced something similar it would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
