ISSUE:
Steam link on android (BETA) will connect to Windows host that is sleeping or locked but will start with no audio.

OS:
Android 13 (steam link)
Windows 11 Pro (steam host)

Steps:
* Start with windows PC sleep or locked
* Connect to computer in steam link client on android
* Steam link will remotely connect and show lock screen, use the virtual keyboard to log in using PIN or password.
* Big screen will launch but there will be no audio. Games will start OK but with no audio.
* Disconnect from remote play
* Reconnect to computer - this will launch in to big screen as expected and audio will be OK.

Results:
No audio on first connect, but works OK on reconnect while computer is running normally.

Expected:
Audio to be available when connecting to a Windows host that is locked.

If I had to guess is that the audio device is unable to change to the steam streaming speakers when it's locked or sleeping.
