Steam Link 1.3.18 keeps on crashing on old device
So Steam Link used to work pretty fine older version up until today. Earlier today it wasn't workig bacause of "steam servers being down" or something like that, and a few hours ago after I updated it, it doesn't want to work and keeps on crashing. My device is Nokia 6.1 and the app used to work perfectly fine. I even factory resetted tge phone and the issue persists. Hope the issue can be resolved.

what version of android?

i tried on a phone with android 9 and it works just fine

I have the same error friend and I tried on several other cell phones, my TV box that worked no longer works

android 10, I don't understand what exactly is wrong. It's either my phone or it's a steam related issue.

tried just now, still doesn't work even with the apk version
I'm unsure if it's a device issue or a steam issue overall for some devices
I'm with a nokia 6.1

Also having problems. HUAWEI Mate 20 running Android 10; prior to today I'd been able to use the Steam Link app no problem but this morning it's updated to 1.3.18 and it's just been crashing-to-homescreen every time I attempt to open it. I don't even get the luxury of an error msg lol

This seems to be an issue specific to Android 10. I'm trying to get a repro setup now.

I am having the same issue on my Huawei P30 Pro after the latest update.

Neither Google Play or Valve APK work.

At least we know the current update just keeps crashing on 1.3.18 but 1.3.15 works.
