[Solved] Enabling HEVC on Raspberry Pi 4 makes half the screen get cut - Geforce 1060
I can use Steam link normally, but the moment I toggle HEVC on it, the screen "begins" at the middle of my TV instead of the top, resulting in only the top half appearing on screen.

I'm using an nvidia 1060 GPU, and set the maximum resolution on the Pi to match the client resolution.

I'm also running the latest kernel update (just ran the command)

Setting the HOST to match the client's resolution also does nothing to fix this.

So, I had already tried a lot of things before making the post, but since I just found out the "Advanced Host Options" in here, I decided to toggle everything and see if something changes.

Turns out that enabling "Use NVFBC capture on NVIDIA gpu" fixed it! Now the whole screen appears when HEVC is turned on.
I think switching to the beta client also fixes this
I’m having this same issue only I’ve already enabled NVFBC and I’m on the latest client. HEVC functions perfectly on my iPhone, though. Here’s a screen shot: https://imagebin.ca/v/5PWkd7gpzgfj
Raising the amount of memory available to the GPU solved this for me.
