qt.qpa.plugin
I am trying to run steamlink on archlinuxarm raspberrypi 4
i setup an armv7h chroot, installed all required dependencies and succeeded in installing steamlink from the available .deb

i can run steamlink from the chroot or from the aarch64 system (linking to the armv7h libs or by modifying the LD_LIBRARY_PATH definition in steamlink.sh) but in both cases I get the same error:

qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "eglfs" in "" even though it was found. This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem. Available platform plugins are: eglfs, linuxfb, minimal, minimalegl, offscreen, vnc, xcb. /home/alarm/.local/share/SteamLink/steamlink.sh: line 199: 933 Aborted (core dumped) LD_PRELOAD=$QT_QPA_EGLFS_PRELOAD shell "$@"

I tried all the plugins by exporting QT QPA platform before launching steamlink but i either get a core dump or nothing at all (like with "offscreen")

I am lost on how to proceed.

I was wondering if any of you or someone from the Valve team could point me in the right direction...

any help would be extremely appreciated

i made some progress

i installed qt5-base, xf86-video-fbdev and xorg-server-xvfb and now i can launch steamlink as follows:

<code>LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/armv7h/usr/lib/dri:/armv7h/usr/lib:/armv7h/opt/vc/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH QT_QPA_PLATFORM=linuxfb /armv7h/home/alarm/.local/share/SteamLink/steamlink.sh</code>

where armv7h is the armv7h chroot

i can pair the raspberrypi with my laptop

unfortunately when i click on "start playing" i get a flicker on the raspberrypi client, steam goes to library or big picture mode on the host, on the raspberrypi i get a black screen and the steam logo and then the host freezes and nothing more happens.

I tried different QT_QPA_PLATFORM but only linuxfb is the one that starts.
Do i need to install something else on the raspberrypi? it seems it defaults to eglfs...

Am i missing some other library maybe?

does anyone have any suggestion?
