ONLINE DATES | August 3 thru August 24
Rule clinics for football, field hockey, sideline cheer, golf, and volleyball are online this fall, except for competition cheer, which is in person. These clinics can be accessed on each respective sports page on the VHSL website starting August 3. It is important to note that the deadline to complete the rules clinic is August 24 at 11:59 p.m. Schools that sponsor a sport must ensure that the head coach completes the rule clinic in its entirety. Failure to do so will result in a penalty, as outlined in rule 30-5-1. School completion lists will be updated and posted on the VHSL website. Coaches will not receive a certificate of completion.
A school that does not have a coach watch their sports rules clinic by August 24 will receive a fine. If you do not have a coach hired by August 24 for a fall sport, please notify Kelley Haney([email protected]) in the league office no later than the deadline date.
You must register for the Rules Clinic. Click on the button below to watch the recording.
