we went hiking in the arches national park and even Clay who HATES hiking enjoyed himself. The kids loved playing in the sand more then the wondrous arches but it was so fun to just let the kids climb and run (it was a perfect 66 degrees).

the first girl clothes to be purchased!

Anyone who knows me knows I hate to shop(haha) so when I went to Oshgoshb' gosh or what ever its called to get ty some Easter dress clothes I thought Ill just look at the girls side and just see if they have anything cute. Two hours later a sales lady asked if I would like some help carrying all my items to the counter. Obviously most of it was for the boys, (they have some dang good sales going on right now!)but it was exciting to even look at girl clothes. I was proud of the restraint I used in only purchasing three items ...but I will definitely be going back.

Grandma Langston

My dear sweet grandma Mary Langston

I took this photo only 4 months ago at thanksgiving. Grandma was losing her memory at this time but seemed to remember me and the boys. I never thought that she would be gone so fast. I so wish I would have got a picture with her and my family. Regrets. She passed away this last sat., March 13th. We are leaving shortly for her funeral. It will be a sad time although I know she is happier now with her husband and children that have already passed. She was such a giving, sweet funny lady. I always enjoyed visiting her so much. She was an amazing cook and homemaker. she knew how to take care of her family. She was such an example of faith and hard work. She endured a lot of trials throughout her life, including losing children and breast cancer but she was so strong and always had a hug and smile for you. She will be sorely missed by all. I love you grandma Langston!

Yes it says Im having a girl! there is like 50 of these cuz I made her show me over and over again! I.am.so.happy. Not only that but when the doctor talked to us after tates surgery he said WE ARE DONE! as in there is NOT a balloon(skin expander) in his head any more! they got all the mole practically this surgery which no one was expecting at all! its a miracle and Im being 100% serious. This is the happiest day of my life. From now on we are celebrating march 1st at the anderson house as "Happy Day!" Not even the accident I caused as I was driving home from picking up a pizza for dinner can ruin this day!
