Surprise!!! I'm blogging again! Instead of trying to catch up, I decided to post recent events. Here are a couple of things that happened the last weekend of June.

We invited some friends over for Cole's first campout. We held the event in the backyard so we could control things a little better, and with a fenced in yard not have to worry about children running away. We had burgers and played a challenging game of croquet (the kids kept running off with our wickets and balls). Cole loved playing with his friends Devon and Jaxon. My favorite moment was when Cole woke up in the morning. He opened his eyes, realized he was in the tent, and was just amazed, sharing the biggest smiles and waving his arms about. It was so cute watch his burst of excitement! Thanks again to Jimmy, Jeff, Amy, Devon, and Jaxon for joining us and making it a terrific event!
