SNOW!!!!

This morning Clayton and I had dentist appts.  He did great.  I took him to school (I went to work) and he had a great report.  Since he was SO good today I told him we could do something fun when we got home....well his something fun was building a snowman!   I was thinking more along the lines of playdoh....silly me.

So we got all bundled up....I had to wear Blake's coat and realized I don't have any snow pants.  So my work pants had to do.  ha!  The snow packed SO well!  I can't remember the last time I made a snowman.

my new favorite picture.

It was nice that it wasn't to cold out.  Clayton and I really tried to make a good snowman...it is harder then it looks!

proud of his snowball!

I am glad I drug my hugely prego self outside for some fun....but it definitely wore me out for the rest of the night.

I did manage to snap this pic on my phone.  Clayton accidently knocked me down...so I am sitting in my black work pants in the snow.  Talk about a cold booty!

We warmed up with some hot cocoa...yummy!  (notice the new toothbrush....he is excited to use it!)

To bad Blake was out plowing!  Maybe next time....

34 weeks!

Seriously....how am I this big already?  My stomach is measuring 36 weeks. I will be 34 weeks tomorrow!

Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 34 Weeks
Size of baby: Baby G should be around 5 lbs (I am guessing bigger then that) - about the size of a large cantaloupe.
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 27 lbs (not sure how this has happened...I have not had an appetite!)
Maternity Clothes: I wear a mix of maternity jeans/pants/tops and regular clothes. My stomach is so big that the regular stuff isn't fitting that great anymore.  I'm down to just a few things I can still fit into. ha!
Gender: It's a BOYl!!!
Movement: He is VERY active - I told Blake that I feel like he just wants to break out.  He is all over the place with his feet and shoulders!
Sleep: I'm sleeping pretty good!  I have had quite the stomach bug that seems to happen at night....it finally has gone away.  A full night's sleep (only getting up once to pee) is just amazing right now!!
What I miss: Nothing really - I am just ready to not be pregnant anymore.
Cravings: I've completely lost my appetite lately - I think maybe my stomach has run out of room...
Symptoms: This has been the toughest couple of weeks for me.  I have been having HORRIBLE dizzy problems.  So much that in the morning I have to sit down every couple minutes while I am getting ready for work.  I have been trying to eat more protein...but it is hard to eat when you aren't hungry. I have also had quite the stomach bug which isn't helping out the situation.  Everything is just running right through me.  The past two days I am feeling SO MUCH better it is crazy.   I hope I am starting to get more energy and it continues.  I hope I hope!
Best Moment this week: Just enjoying the last couple weeks of being pregnant and feeling him move SO MUCH!

At my appt today everything is going great.  His heart rate is in the 140-150's...which is the same as it has been.  My stomach is measuring big so Dr. D wants to do a sono in 3 weeks to see how big he is.  We haven't set my C section date because it is around her Spring Break...so next appt I should have a date!  I am excited for that.  In the back of my mind I am getting worried because I went into labor with Charlotte at 36 weeks....but I have to remember I was measuring 44 weeks at 35 weeks with her.  Seriously how did I do that...I feel HUGE right now?

I was really looking forward to the "snow storm" yesterday....what happened?

Grand Bear Lodge

For some crazy reason...the prego Momma's decided to plan a weekend of fun at Grand Bear Lodge this weekend.  Let me tell you....being huge at 32 weeks and Kelly being 38 weeks...we were tired!

The kids had so much fun!  Clayton and Henry got the bright idea to go steal their Daddy's cups to use them to play in the water with.

Being a lifeguard at Fairview for 6 years.....I thought for sure they would get in trouble.  Nope...thought wrong.  When the wave pool turned on Clayton lost his cups at one point and the life guard handed them back to him.  They had fun with them.

The boys in the lazy river...

and Clayton trying to shoot me with water.  Clayton LOVED swimming in the lazy river b/c it really propelled him forward.  I don't think I have been to a lazy river where you could swim without a tube.

Clayton and Blake going through the cave...

my boys :-)  I am going to have my hands full this summer with this little fish.  He did really well swimming (swim lessons are paying off!) and doesn't have much fear.  Heaven help me.

Izzy girl was pretty much only happy when we were swimming.  She is a water baby.

Clayton loved the big kid slide....he probably went down 723 times.

Poor Henry isn't so adventurous in the water.  He had a lot of fun, but we couldn't talk him into going down the slide!  We tried...

On the way home I couldn't even keep my eyes open...Clayton and I took a long nap once we got home.  It was wonderful.

We had a great time with the Klein's!  I think we might make this an annual tradition.  Everyone had a blast.

H54F....High Five for Friday!

Wahoo!  It's Friday!

This morning Clayton came down stairs and said "Is it Mommy Clayton Day?."  Our Favorite day of the week.  Love it!  To him today is "show and share day....which means tomorrow is the weekend, thus Mommy Clayton  Day!  One more day buddy.

I am even more excited that this is Friday because I am taking a half day because last Friday I worked 15 hours straight in front of my computer....which sucked!  It was Feb 1st....the 1st is my least favorite day of each month work wise.  Gotta love Accounting.

Clayton helped Daddy this week put a bookcase together for Baby Brother's room  He even "helped him" carry it up the steps.  Clayton has really gotten into helping Daddy these days...which is going to be perfect for when the baby gets here.

I have been nesting like a mad women...Blake too (ha!).  We are trying to get projects done before the bambino gets here...One project done....the kitchen backsplash!  We even had a lunch date at Lowe's yesterday to get some shelves for the basement to get that organized (the hubby's idea).

Clayton wearing my sunglasses...he looks so cute.

This week has been the usual busy...but I was able to sneak away for dinner with my girlfriends last night.  It is so fun to just relax and talk about nothing, good girl time.

We are taking a little weekend trip to Utica to the Grand Bear Lodge with the Klein's....can't wait!   It is going to be a sight to see with two hugely prego girls!

Time to start my weekend....Enjoy all!

31.5 weeks

I'm 31.5 weeks!  32 Weeks on Sat.... Yeah I know...I am huge!

Pregnancy Highlights:

How Far Along: 32 Weeks
Size of baby: Baby Brother is suppose to be the size of a sack of potatoes (about 3.75 lbs), but two weeks ago was measuring 4 lbs 2 oz.
My stomach is still measuring 34 weeks (thank goodness!)
Total Weight Gain/Loss: Gained 22 lbs (I might have to stop sharing this stat..ha!)
Maternity Clothes: I wear maternity jeans and pants and some maternity tops but everything else is regular. Being Pregnant in the winter months is so much easier for dressing!  All you need is leggings, a black tank, and a big open sweater.  Love it!
Gender: It's a BOY!  We came up with a middle name this week...and I am absolutely in love.
Movement: He is VERY active - I really only notice when I am sitting down relaxing or if he punches my bladder....owie!
Sleep: I'm sleeping pretty good!
What I miss: Normal energy level....not having to sit down constantly....or maybe bending over? ha!
Cravings: Still love chocolate....but I have noticed I have been eating less.  I don't think there is room in my belly for food plus this big baby.
Symptoms: The dizzy spells started last week.  Ugggh.  I have to be really careful in the mornings when I wake up and pretty much until I get to work because I feel light headed and weak.  I have to eat a spoonful of peanut better and big glass of milk as soon as I wake up.  This seems to help.  I need more protein.  Also Dr. D thinks he is just pressing on my vessels because he is so big.
Best Moment this week: Realizing I am going to have two boys soon.  Blake and I are kinda freaking out, but we are ready.  I know I will be even more ready in a couple weeks.  I am starting to feel kinda sad because Clayton won't be the only child anymore (not including my angel baby).

I will leave you with pics from my Ninja boy.

He has my bathrobe ties on his hands...

This week he is loving Ninja turtles....to cute.
