Here is what we have been up to the past two months:
- For Fourth of July we went to Fillmore to celebrate.
- Went to my firm's summer softball game at the Women's UCLA softball field.
- Stacy and the kids went to the beach and Camarillo Fiesta.
- Had a movie night in the back of the Honda Pilot.
- Merrick was officially potty trained.
- The kids also went to a waterpark in Ojai.
- Attended the 2010 Adams Family Non-Reunion, which included a taco truck, jolly jump, volleyball, picnic, wood ranch, a dance party with DJ Skinny Bonez, Isabell's baby blessing, and a pool party at our house. It was great to see the Simpson family, Uncle David, Grandma Adams, and the rest of the Claude Clan.
- Reagan started cheerleading and goes every Tuesday night.
- Played in the water fountain at the Simi Valley Town Center.
- Stacy, Mo, and a neighbor put together five pieces of Ikea furniture -- we finally have a bedroom set.
- Merrick and Reagan continued swim lessons every Saturday morning.
- They also started soccer lessons every Saturday, and continue taking gymnastics and dance.
- Kept cool from the summer heat by swimming in our pool; Reagan has become a great swimmer and doesn't need any help -- Merrick has no fear of the pool but sinks like a rock.
- Stacy and the kids went to the Ventura County Fair with the grandparents.
- I played in an All-Star Lawyer League basketball game at the Staples Center.
- Saw the Dodgers beat the Padres 2-0.
- Saw the Los Angeles Sparks lose to the San Antonio Silver Stars 82-93.
- I played in the in annual San Francisco vs. Orange County Australian Football game.
- Went to Jake's sixth birthday party.
- The family went to Downtown L.A. and saw where their dad worked.
- Went to L.A. live and watched the Nike 3-on-3 tournament and played games at the ESPN Zone.
- Hosted a pool party with the Higgins family and friends.
- We are two weeks into our new work-out program called "P90X"
- And a lot hanging around the house. Link is learning to walk. Reagan loves to dress-up, and Merrick loves to play with his cars.
Hopefully there will not be such a gap in our next post, but I cannot promise anything.
We have gotten to see Santa a few times before his big busy day. Seeing him at the ward Christmas party was a little scary. But when we saw him at the kids preschool, they were very excited! We even got to see a "vintage" Santa, whom I got a picture with. I thought his costume was awsome and I could'nt resist. We have all been very good and I have a feeling that Santa will also be visiting us on Christmas day! Have a very Merry Christmas!
Merrick turned 3 on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. So we were lucky enough to have Marie join us on a train ride to Olvera Street in L.A. and Chris took some time from his super busy work schedule and met us. We walked around, ate some super yummy food, and got the kids some little guitars. The kids loved the train, Merrick and Link even fell asleep. And seeing all the art work and history of L.A. was beautiful. Thank you so much Chris for joining us, it really meant alot to Merrick and me! And a very special thank you to Marie for joining us and helping me with the kids. I literally could not have done it without you. And the kids always have so much fun with you! 
Lincoln turned 1 on Aug.25, 2010. It was the fastest year ever! I still feel like he is my little baby. Link is the sweestest little guy and we are so blessed that he is apart of our family. He adores his older sister and brother, no matter how much they torture him. And heLOVES his Daddy! He is still crawling around, but is really fast. He can pull himself up and walk holding on to something, but he will only do this if he thinks I am not watching. If I encourage him to walk he just falls down on his bum and says "OHHHH!" I may have another stubborn child on my hands. Some of the words that Link can say; " Mama, Dadda, ball, doggie, puppy, bird, plane, hi, bye-bye, and uh-ohh!" Sometimes he will even say "Yaya and Papoo. " We had a very fun Dodgers party for Link, thank you to all the family members that came.
