Out with the girls...

I love the 2 times a year when I get to see McKenna! McKenna, Jill, and Syd came up to Orem and my mom and Bailee came down and we all went to lunch at C.P.K (California pizza kitchen). I had so much fun and wish that I could see them more often. I love all of you guys and miss you already.

Temple Square

Last week Bailee, the sweet sister she is, baby sat Jack while me, Chet, and a few of our friends went to Temple Square to see the lights. It was the perfect night to go because the snow was coming down really light and it was so beautiful. We had so much fun. It was a little weird not having Jack there but it was fun. We felt like we were just dating again. We were being so silly and didn't care what anyone thought. Then we went to Jera's house and she watched Jack while we all got in her hot tub. It was the best date night we have had in a long time!

Just a little update...

Well, I just talked to my sister Jera and she told me I really needed to update my blog. So here I am.  For those of you who don't know, Chet and I recently sold our house in Eagle Mountain and found a little basement apartment in Happy Valley, aka: Orem, Utah. Chet is going to start school at Utah Valley University in January. He is going to get his Bachelors in science and nursing then he will go on to get his CRNA, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. We are both very excited. Its going to be a long journey but it will be worth it. So if anyone is ever in Orem, give me a call and we will go bumming!

Oh Jack!

How is it possible to love someone so much that you have only known for a little while? I don't know! I love Jack so much. He puts a smile on my face every day. I could by so stressed, mad, or sad and all I have to do is look and him and he will look up at me and smile and it just seems to erase all of the so called trials in my life. Thank heavens for little babys. They bring the best spirit into a home. 

CHET!

Happy Birthday to my husband and the love of my life! Chet is the most amazing guy in the world. I am pretty sure no one else could handle me. Kind of a funny story, the way we found each other, but boy I am so glad we did. I couldn't live my life without him.  Even though he seems hard on the outside, he is such a softy inside. Since we have been together, I have not once gone a day without laughing. He is the best Daddy and Husband I could ever ask for. I love you Chet! HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 

Snowboarder Boy

 Chet absolutely can't wait till Jack can go snowboarding with him. Not for at least a few years though... Sorry Chet! Today we went to Old Navy and I found the cutest little hat for Jack. Old Navy is by far one of the best stores to find cute boy clothes for a good price. LOVE IT!

Just a little update...

My mom is now home in her bed!!! There isn't a whole lot that the doctors can do for the blood in her brain because operation is way too risky so they sent her home and hopefully everything will just go back to normal. She is doing a little better but is still very sick and in pain. Thank you for all of your concern and prayers. I love you all!

For those of you who know her, you will no that my mom, Virginia Loader, is one of the most strong, amazing women, sister, mom, grandma, and best friend in the entire world. Right now she is in Intensive Care at the University of Utah Hospital. We are not sure how it happened, all we know is she has a....hemotomin something something.... Basically she is bleeding in her brain. They are going to watch her this week and see if they can't get rid of it without operating. The doctors are amazing and with all our prayers I know she is going to be fine.

The Family

Jack is now a little over 2 months old and growing so fast. Just a little update, we have recently sold our home in Eagle Mountain and are now living in Herriman. I am happy to be up here again. Eagle Mountain was nice but I am now about 2 minutes away from Jera and it has been a blast so far. Where did Fall go??? It started snowing a little here in Herriman! I can't believe it.  I'm not ready for the cold but I am way excited to bust out the beanies and scarves!

Jack wasn't too fond of bath time there for a while but he is getting to the point where he is actually enjoying it. I just love his little naked bum!

Jack is about two weeks old in these pictures. My mom, being the photographer she is, came down to my house and we tried to get some professional shots. Jack didn't cooperate very well but these are dang cute pictures anyways.

I can't believe how big Jack is getting already. He is now a little over 3 weeks old and he changes every day. We are loving being parents and to be honest I can't really remember what it was like not having Jack in our lives. I am going back to work at the salon on the 20th of September. I am not going to lie, I am really nervous leaving Jack, even though he will be with Chet, I am just a paranoid new mom I guess. Every new mom is like that though... Right?

He is finally here! Baby Jack Hamilton was born on his due date 8-08-08 at 10:50 in the morning he weighed 7lbs 5oz and was 20 inches long. He is the greatest thing to happen to us. I can't believe how much we love him. He is such a good baby and I don't remember how life was without him. I feel so blessed that I have the opportunity to be a mom to such an amazing little baby.

Life as of right now...

Well, for those of you who don't know, Chet and I live in a home in Eagle Mountain which is west of Lehi. We Love it! I am due with our first baby on 8-08-08 I am hoping sooner though. Its a boy and I can't wait to meet him. I am still doing hair out here at a salon in Saratoga Springs and am loving it. I will try and keep up with this blog thing but I can't make any promises!
