What to do

So I am still not sure what to do about this whole blog out of memory thing.  I tried to start a new blog, but unfortunately, in order for that to work, I also have to have it under a new e-mail and everything, and I really don't want to set up a new e-mail address, just to have a new blog.  I think I am going to just have to suck it up and pay for more memory, but I am being stubborn!

We have done lots of fun things, that I can't post :-(
We went to Indiana last weekend.  Grandpa had his birthday. We have gone to fruit farms, Sauerkraut Festival, Young's Dairy, so there are lots and lots of pictures to upload. Sorry y'all you will just have to wait for me to figure out what to do.  I really am missing the blog, but maybe a little break will be good :-(

Also if anyone has any tips of backing up the blog I would love to hear your ideas.  I really want to back up the blog, just in case anything happens to it.  

Memory?

Well I just ran out of picture memory for the blog.....I didn't even know that could happen. I am trying to figure out what to do. I can buy more memory, but honestly I don't want to pay money to blog. I could delete the old stuff, which I don't want to do either! I could start a new blog all together, but that is a pain also.

Any suggestions?

Here was what I was able to do before I ran out of memory:

I took Adra to the dentist last week. We had to go there at 9am for them to give her a "behavioral management" drug. We then had to wait an hour before the procedure. This drug did the opposite for Adra. She wouldn't sit calmly in my lap like the other girl in the office. Once the drug really hit her she started growling and meowing and thrashing everywhere, I could hardly hold her down. We were in a waiting room the size of a closet that was full of kids and their parents. It was the longest hour in my life. Once they took her back, they gave her gas, and then the dentist put the clamp in her mouth. She freaked out, and the dentist told me they couldn't do it, and we would have to take her to the hospital to get her teeth fixed. I was shocked and mad and upset. The kicker is.....I had to pay them $210 for the drug that they gave her! I spent my whole morning there and my poor daughter was just so out of it for nothing, and I had to pay for it. Having the procedure at the hospital will cost without insuarace over $6000. We have a $1000 deductible, and then insurace should pay 80%.....mind you this is just the medical portion, then we will have to pay the dental portion. They charge $350 just to do the procedure at the hospital, and then the actual procedure itself. So we are talking some major $$$$$$. I can not even tell you how mad I am at that dentist! I have lost sleep and I feel just horrible for Adra. I think we will probably do the procedure first thing in January.

Adra slept for several hours afterwards and then was just out of it until around dinner. The poor child. Oh, and she also was not allowed to have breakfast before hand, so the poor girl was also starving. AHHHHH, I could just hurt that man!

Anyways, later that night Josh and I went to a Reds game with Joel, Brittany, Chris, and Laura. Thanks Mom for watching the kids for us :-) We had so much fun. The Reds had clinched the night before, so we didn't see the big players (and they lost), but it was still fun.

Apples!

Finally getting back to the blog, and I have a ton of pictures to put up.

First I made this hair bow a couple weeks ago....isn't it cut.  You just cut circles, an then burned the edges, and then hot glue them all together, and voila you have a cute hair clip.  I love it, and have been wanting to make more, but haven't taken the time to do it. 

We made a fall tree.  I used painters tape to make a tree and fallen leaves and then had the girls paint the picture with fall colors. 

I don't have a picture of the finished product, but after the paint dried, the girls helped me take all the tape off, and they turned out so cute. (Look at sweet Dax)

Farrah has been working on preschool, and she just loves it (so do I).  We do it in the afternoon usually on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which Dax and Adra are napping. 

We got out all our little animals and our "pond" that we made months ago.  Dax thought the pond was a fun dance floor and it soon was in a bunch of little pieces.  Farrah was sad. 

Last Saturday we went to Hidden Valley Fruit Farm for Apple Daze.  The whole thing was a big dissappointment though, because you had to play for everything, even to see the farm animals and play on the playground.  But we tried to have as much fun as we could.

We did buy some apples and apple cider (we had to!). We then went to Kroger and bought some caramels to make caramel apples, I also bought the stuff to make this delicious Halloween mix. 

The girls have such great imaginations!  Here Adra was Farrah's puppy, and Farrah was feeding her.  Fun children.

We tried to give Dax a regular apple, but he knew what the girls had was so much  better!

I got some more apples at Hidden Valley and decided to make an apple pie.  Farrah and Josh helped me.

 Friday was date night, and when the girls saw me put curlers in my hair, they had to get put some in their hair too.

After a few hours, the kids were very tired! (Dax usually only fall asleep in the car or his bed, he has to be really tired to fall asleep in his stroller!)

We then had everyone over to our place for dinner.  Grandma and Grandpa brought the Corvette over, and naturally all the kids had to play in it.

Today is rainy and dreary outside, which makes it the perfect craft day.  The girls made two-faced pumpkins.

The girls wrote letters and put them in their "mailbox" and then delivered them to all their baby dolls and stuffed animals.  Farrah really loved this game.  They cut the paper into rectangles, then on one side wrote their letter or drew pictures, and then on the other side they drew a stamp, the address and return address (Farrah just wrote her name). 

Adra is spending the night with Grandma tonight (Farrah is going to tomorrow night).  I have distracted Farrah with some more crafts, she was pretty sad at first that 1. she was not spending the night with Grandma 2. she really misses Adra!  But it is good to have one on one time with their grandma.
