At least they are not naked!

I still have not caught up on all of our holiday pictures but had minute to post share a few funny moments. The other day Logan and I were driving home for school and he was telling me about a little boy in his class who had gotten in trouble a lot that day. I said "Logan I have an idea, why dont you try and be a good friend to him and that may show him how to behave a little better." After a pause he says "Mom do you have another idea?" I didnt and was trying very hard not to laugh. But he is a sweet boy and the next day he said he was going to try and make the whole class be this boys friend. Nothing like sharing the burden!

Nap time is not Bryants best time of day. he can be in an empty room and make mischief, today he dumped buckets of water all over his room, the dining room and kitchen in the few minutes i was not watching...and yes i mean buckets. So one day this week he was laying in his bed (which he would be out of before i had the door shut) and I was sitting beside him and he was arguing with me about something. i said "Bryant I dont like to spank you and i dont want to do it, but if you keep arguing with momma then i am going to have to." he gets this great smile on his face and whispers "its because I am the best one huh momma?" Sweet boy makes me smile every day.

Sundays are usually hectic days for us because being married to the preacher means that you are on your own to get ready for services. We are always on time, but usually not with smiles on our faces and joy in our hearts! lol So tonight we were singing and i look down and notice that Peysons pants where on backwards and then glance at Bryant and noticed that his shirt was on backwards and although I did not double check while singing he also told me he was not wearing any underwear! But I guess at least they were dressed, well mostly!

Christmas in Texas

We were lucky enough to spend Christmas in Texas, where there was no snow and it was warmer! Whoo-hoo!!! Our kids are usually terrible car riders, every past car ride has proven this. But for some reason our kids where super stars this trip. They played games, watched movies and when we turned the movies off and said they needed to go to sleep...and they just did it. no arguments. we could not belive it! This made the rest of the trip great because we were not having to play as much catch up as we had in the past. We had an excellent time with our family!

This is the ghost that came with the scooby doo set that Santa brought Bryant. Bryant is had to buy for because he really just likes to play with you, whatever you are doing. Santa did pretty good, he is a fan of Scooby doo.

Since the mall near our house no longer allows you to take free pictures with Santa we took our non paying business to Bass Pro Shop. In my head I thought it would be a quick trip in and out and the picture with Santa was quick but my kids thought it was the coolest place they had ever seen. They loved looking at all the animals and fish. We ended up staying for a long time and still had to drag them out. The only down side was that Logan kept pointing to all of the animals and saying "look they shot its head off!"
