Look Out!

When I saw this scene I just had to laugh and almost be proud. I thought it was so cute that he could do this. What a sweetie, right? Then as soon as I texted this picture to Dave, I looked up and realized that Ross had opened the oats and spilled a good amount of them on the floor. Not so cute anymore!

And now it's to this point . . . . . full on into the cupboard. I have now rearranged so this cupboard houses only tupperware and other 'Ross approved' items.

This climb happened so quick I didn't even realize it. We were folding laundry on the floor, I looked up and saw this. He is into everything now. Unrolling the toilet paper, pulling pots and pans out from underneath the stove and so much more. Wish me luck!

Other fun news: Ross can say Dada, clap, wave, play peek a boo and climb upstairs. He goes crazy pushing his walker. Gets going pretty quick. It's funny how excited we get at the small things this kid does.

Outside

The past few weeks have been unseasonably warm, so we've taken advantage of the beautiful weather.

Enjoying our many walks around the neighborhood. Ross likes the walks for the most part. Especially when we go with our friend Colleen and she brings her golden retriever Riley. Ross watches Riley the whole walk.

JoLynn's Visit

We had such a great time while Dave's mom was here visiting. We didn't do too much. We relaxed and let little Ross get to know his Grandma. He wasn't quite sure of her the first few days. He'd look at her, look at me, look back and her and kind of tease with the idea of playing with her. After a few days he loved her. They had so much fun together. They even enjoyed a whole day with just the two of them while Dave and I went to NYC.

Grandma even did his hair and took some pictures while we were gone.

We took him out to lunch. Sat in a highchair for the first time. He loved banging on the table.
