F: I guess Cheng's always either hungry or really has a lot of stuff to do/talk about - the lesson seems to be 25% wasted, 50% manhood/qi en/off topic, 25% actual lit. oh nvm - he's OK.

I : It's very fun lor - we learn quite a lot about computing. Also very fun when we multi task! XP

lol. haven't been too active on my blog for the past few days mainly spent on handling some of the terrible school work that we get nearer to the exams - 4 history essays, 2 chinese and just had french oral examination today... which i entirely wrecked due to the second part of the exam. first part still ok XD - asking me to describe my school (so i said that we had a swimming pool, i go and swim with frens in it etc.) then come to the question of describing a day but yet i described a field trip! zz. nid to improve upon my french vocab.

school's been quite boring in the past few days, it seems that nowadays, terribly boring chinese and terribly interesting (serious!) chemistry periods fill my mind lor. chinese is always boring mainly because the relief teacher has a different teaching style from the teacher that most, if not all, in the class like. zong xian's like going "Lim NE's gonna be back in XX days..." - gd to see that at least we have one class member with a positive attitude XD - just jking zx.

anw, the "lord boyan" thing on a separate whiteboard in our class seems quite cute but somehow i don't feel a majestic aura that surrounds him but i feel that our class has a class spirit. it's just that the other two classes fail to recognise that =). erm... doodling on the board doesn't warrant a scolding from yufan again but i think he's seriously getting pissed over the class soccer ball which has offended him by 1) being kicked into his blazer (the school's one) and dirtying it 2) being kicked by jf into the fan - luckily the fan held on for its dear life withstood the impact but now there's a line of rust revealed where the ball hit.

well, we had consortium assembly the day b4 yesterday and there happen to be three mentorship programmes for me to choose - hssrp, mpp and smp. smp seems quite interesting leh - still got chance of getting a star scholarship leh =) but it seems that alot of ppl also want to go for smp -__-

btw, wilford's blog is seriously screwed up - i think it is forever.blogspot.com and not it ain't forever mr.ng. if you visit the blog, it's not him posting but if it was, i wouldn't be surprised lol! =))) just jking onli ok wilf? (wilford's mind definitely is isn't so sick!)

went for student-led conferencing in the morning then went for a capella performance in the evening as part of some cultural enrichment programme.

slc was quite ok (the conferencing part) though i thought wrong that time would pass slowly. think i was not being too serious abt the conferencing at the start but towards the end, it got quite interesting. erm... the more exciting part was the forum that took place after the refreshments, which had disappeared by the time we (me and zong) arrived at the concourse area. the forum generally picked two pairs of parent and sons on to the stage and they shared their experiences. yongzhi got chosen lol! - he seems quite confident... his father's stories are not always that insightful but i guess it's just how they maintain their relationship (love the illogical 'eggs' story). my parents said they saw me in montage played later - i don't think i saw myself... =( but anw, event went quite smoothly.

a capella performance, i thought, was some choir performance but is actually quite trendy and the atmosphere is hyped when you enter. some of the performances were quite interesting and there was this guy who was chao zhai at the beats and all! most of the songs i've never ever heard b4 and none of the groups bring a famous notion to my mind but i don't feel that i've wasted my 13 bucks and 2 hrs + on the performance. =)

yay - completed my slc portfolio in 30 mins - just chucked alot of stuff in, still have to organise them later "____" and got small test tmr, sianz. at least i'll be let off early (get to skip 3 periods and 2 are chinese!) on friday for the pday grand finals but thinking abt it again, going at home @ 6 isn't really my idea of a wonderful conclusion to this... interesting week.

i realise that im talking ALOT in class nowadays but not much of it pertains to what the teacher is really teaching - i guess that maybe our group seriously toks too much but most of what they're saying is quite OK, so i participate! =))). still need to learn to control though...

science was chao interesting today - got to separate F&N GG (Groovy Grape) and it's highly interesting that the base sugary substance is green and the colouring for the drink is of course purple but the greenish tinge makes me feel that there is sth fishy... =(.

wrote a formal letter (which is quite crappy abt a new idea for tv station) and a zuo wen in class today which is gd to a certain extent coz the teacher is seriously terrible. i mean, her values are right, her character seems to be OK but her teaching methods relate back to the 1950s chinese teaching methods (pure imagination).

paiseh - wilf told me his ipod nano screen cracked some time back... actually wan to say more but nvm - it was a gd laugh lor - sry wilf, hope you get your revenge from jf if you're reading this...

just updated the blog to comply with w3c html 4.0 transitional standards - guess there's still a long way to go to xhtml 1.0 strict but hey, at least all three major browsers shouldn't have a prob displaying my blog now.

css (cascading style sheets) is another matter - maybe i'll tackle it sometime this week lor - haven't done a single bit of homework yet...

regarding sch, had computer lessons for the last two periods so i guess it was a great way to end schl. (basically it was just rest time near the computer). ~end.

haven't blogged for the last weekend liao - was busy rectifiying some mistakes in my infocomm studies project script, finally it's done and going to be handed up tmrw.let's see - i chose chemistry for my 4th term science module and i don't think we even started on the topic as we had our first lesson today. well anwm, it was quite an interesting start to the morning with a get-to-know-each-other-like-we-didn't-already-know-each-other game - something about elephants and shummy pose gongfu master - definitely didn't look like an elephant.

OK i gotta mention something - the new chinese teacher taking the place of mr. lim, our teacher who has gone for IMF (no hidden meaning intended), is from china and she really cannot teach. unluckily for us, lim assigned an essay to be read during class today and she just kept on droning and droning and it really is something that put most of the class into a drowsy spirit (wei rong about to close his eyes, samuel leaning on the table, yu fan looking out the window, xian bin doing sudoko puzzle - probably only kenii was the one paying a bit more attention). krison coming in for two periods to give us a formal letter writing to do didn't sound so bad after all. i don't think i'll rmb this chinese relief teacher - very bad.

second half of the day was almost was late for maths lesson todae lor - so lucky ms gwee hadn't stepped in yet. then when she walked in, realised that i should have done my maths revision and stuff which i entirely FORGOT. =$  and then bo yan keep saboing me to go up and present my answers - lucky i only got called to mark tc's answers. had geog (relatively OK) lesson and ended sch.
