I love being a full time mom to Leo.  He's my wild toddler and I love being home with him.  There are few things that are more fun than watching him grow and develop and being able to be there for the whole thing.  Now, it's challenging at times but it's all about finding joy.

I love being a wife.  We met and married young and wouldn't have it any other way.  He's my best friend and pops up on the blog all the time (why? Because I love him). 

I love being a friend.  Relationships are the most important part of life.  Seeking out and fostering friendships makes life full.

I love to learn and would probably be a professional student if I could ( I guess I'll just have to do it at home instead of at a university).   Getting my masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology was one of the best experiences of my life.  Learning always changes me and fills my life with excitement.

I love adventure.  Whether it's off to a foreign country or just up the road to a new neighborhood, we love to explore new things.  Traveling broadens your perspective on the world and makes you think differently.

I love being a Mormon.  It brings such perspective and peace into my life.  Knowing who I am, where I came from and where I'm going adds purpose to my life.  And a lot of happiness.

 I love jewelry.  It's more of an obsession.  As if you can't tell from the blog, it always seems to pop up in my life.  I've been making jewelry since middle school (after a life-changing trip to San Francisco) and have recently started teaching at a local bead store.  An evening or two during the week, you'll find me in the glass studio torching glass beads.
