SANTA CAME TO VISIT!!!!!!

Well Santa came alright! I loved Christmas this year, even though Preslie wasn't all that impressed it was still more fun having her. She got a highchair, and some toys she was very spoiled by her grandparents!

Tyson didn't get much from me.... don't feel bad for him, he got a new bowflex, a couple of months ago, and I got an iPod from Tyson, we were also very spoiled by parents.

Grandpa Pam gave Preslie this sea horse toy that lights up and makes soothing music she LOVES it, it always puts her right to sleep.


All in all we had a great Christmas we spent a lot of time with family and friends, Christmas day it was snowing like crazy so we spent most of it inside watching movies or in the hot tub, I hope everyone had a great Christmas, and Happy New Year!

Twas the night before Christmas...

We spend Christmas Eve with Tyson's family, so we headed to Idaho Falls to join in the fun!

Preslie and Macy got their nails done, it was so cute. Tyson's sister Kelsey did a very good job.

Pretty fingers, she looked like such a big girl. Kelsey also painted Preslie's toes I didn't get a picture though.

The three kids (Cade, Jace and Harley) acted out the nativity story, the best part was when Harley started breast feeding baby Jesus. I guess we have too many breast feeding babies in the family right now.

Jace is one of my most favorite people, he told everyone the story of baby Jesus. The best part was when they were acting out the story Jace went around asking people if they "got any mur?" (ok i don't know how to spell it.)

Snow Day

So today we got a TON of snow and Tyson left for work early and I have a cold so there wasn't much I could do. And well our entire driveway was covered in over a foot of snow, so Johnny was nice enough to come and shovel us out. What a nice little brother I have.

Christmas Sunday

So yesterday was Christmas Sunday and it is my favorite Sunday of the year. I love the music. Preslie wore one of her three Christmas dresses (my mom found a good deal at the first of the year... yes we didn't even know what we were having at that time.) She looked cute as always.

Later that night we went to my aunt and uncles for our annual nativity and talent show. I love my family and it is always so much fun to see everyone.

While Stacy was busy I let Tandi pick her treat and I guess this is what happens when you let an 18 month old pick what she wants to eat.

BLING BLING!

Yes those are earrings in my little girl's ears. I know I know I am a very mean mom. But I knew if I was going to do it, I wanted to do it before she got any bigger. She was a champ. I think it scared her more than anything, and I felt really bad holding her but as soon as they were done Holly took her gave her a binki and she was fine. I felt bad doing it but I do think they are just so stinkin cute. She looks scared in most of these pictures I think that the flash was bugging her out.

Well I know I have said it over and over again but I am so lucky to have such a good baby. She is so much fun to have around, and I have loved staying home with her. I am very thankful that I am able to stay with her right now. I have also seemed to enjoy Christmas even more this year, everything in my life has been better since this beautiful little girl entered my life.

Well lets just hope she slows down growing a little bit because these clothes are suppose to be for Valentines Day but at the rate she is growing they will be a little too small.

Happy Birthday Meghan!

Well today is my cousin Meghan's birthday so I just thought I would do a quick little post because I knew she wouldn't blog about herself. But we LOVE Meghan we are just so sad that they currently live so far away. She is always wonderful to talk to, and has great advise for me. We love her and her family very much and CAN'T wait until the next time we see them. Happy Birthday Megs! I am just sad I couldn't find a picture of you to post, Oh well I guess consider that my gift to you!

Turning 2 months is NO fun

Well today was a rough day for Preslie (and for me). She is now 2 months, so that means SHOTS! I felt so bad watching them give her the shots it broke my heart to see her cry as they put the needles in her. She looked at me with the saddest eyes, wondering why I would hurt her like that. But I know it is for her own good, and like my mom said I don't remember my shots, so I think there is no permanent damage. Well as you can see from the pictures my baby is a chunk. She weighs 12 lbs 3 oz!!!!!!!!! (with clothes on) yes that puts her in the 80% for weight and she is now 22 1/2 inches long (50%) and her head is also in the 50%. I think she is carrying half of her weight in her cheeks but who knows, at least I know she is getting enough to eat!

Santa's little Helper

So last night we took Preslie to the festival of trees. Preslie loved to look at all the pretty lights. I just had to have her take a picture with Santa. I figured that it may be difficult next year.

My mom got her the boots and hat. And some nice lady from England sent her the cute tights. Doesn't she look like a cute little elf.

She is such a happy baby. I will have to get some video of her new trick, she loves to sing with me. It is so funny she tries to sing every word with me. My Nanny is so happy that there is a new singer in the family.

Thanksgiving

A little late I know but I thought I would post some pictures of our Thanksgiving I have had a lot to be thankful this year. I am sure it comes at no surprise but we are so thankful for our little girl. She has brought so much joy into our lives. I am so thankful to be a mother. I always knew I wanted to be a mom, and now after having her I now know why I wanted to be one so badly. She is continuing to get so big. I will let you know how much she weighs after her Dr. apt. next week but I know it will be a lot. She is now in all of her 3 month clothes and she isn't even technically 2 months yet. Oh well we love her cheeks and all. I am also so thankful for all of our family and friends I am truly blessed to have so many wonderful people in my life.
