For Valentines Day we received gifts from the grandkids. We were given cards and candy and monkeys. The monkeys are on our dresser and watch over us while we sleep. We love the monkeys and think of the grandkids when we wake up and when we go to sleep! We also have pictures that were sent by the grandkids on the refrigerator.
Saturday, we signed the contracts to build our new home in Happy Valley. We really like the floorplan and it will have a nice view of the mountains from the upstairs window. The house isn't built yet but these are photos of model homes. Ours will be the same floorplan but the garage will be on the left side. We hope to get a three car garage but it may not work out so here are the two looks depending on garage.

We are excited. The house won't be finished until mid September so we will be apartment dwellers for several more months.
