"Taylorism"

Taylor always says the funniest things and I always think" I have to write that down" but than I don't. The other night I was lying in bed, watching TV, comfortably propped up on all my pillows (I'm already uncomfortably pregnant). Taylor comes in and wants to lay with me but he wants to steal pillows from my perfect little perch. I argued with him to go and get his own pillows for several minutes. He finally gets up, looks at me and in a stern voice yells " Jesus is very mad at you for not sharing your pillows, he is disappointed", than stomps out of the room. Great, all I wanted to do is watch "So You Think You Can Dance" and now I've got Jesus mad at me.

Pajama Day

Yesterday was pajama day at Taylor's school so naturally Halle had to wear hers all day also. I have to admit I jumped on board and wore mine all day also (not to unusual for me these last 5 months). Taylor, the aspiring "Superman" and "Race Car Driver" couldn't decide which PJ's to sport. We decided if it was hot like last weekend (4 days above 95 degrees) than the short sleeve Superman would win. Thankfully it was a chilly and rainy day (HALLELUJAH!) and the warmer Race Car PJ's prevailed. The weather here these last few months has been as moody as Utah weather!!!!

It's A.........

It is a BOY!!!!!!!!!! I am still in shock! E has been absolutely dead on with Taylor and Halle and he convinced me this baby was a girl! Every other person in the world said girl also (except for Taylor who knew it was a brother), so I flip flopped from thinking it was a boy to being sure it was a girl. The DR. made me sit through 25 minutes of "medical stuff" before she let E come in and than the baby was being shy so she just rambeld on and on about the feet, the hands-I was about ready to have a nervous breakdown until he finally showed us he was for sure a boy! We are excited (except for the fact that we have 10 girl names and cannot agree on one boy name). E has already expressed excitement about having 2 brothers to protect their sister and about only having to pay for one wedding. I loved having a little boy and I am happy for Taylor, he is sooooo excited! Back to boy baby mode!!!!! The song playing is my favorite "boy song" called "godspeed" little man-if you have a boy, get your tissue handy!

9 years ago today...

Nine years ago today I married my best friend. I wish I could post pictures of that day but you all know I am "not allowed" to put pictures of my husband online. Instead I will show you how exciting my wedding day got when May 15, 1999 decided to become an unusual cold and windy day.

It's been a while...

Well, it seems that this pregnancy has made me "allergic" to the computer (and everything else I used to do).  Can you believe I am still sick?  I hit the half way mark (20 weeks) this Sunday and I am still struggling.  Every morning is predictably bad starting at about 5:00, some days I can function, others are spent on the couch.  The last few weeks I have done  a bit more unlike Feb, Mar and April where it was pretty much like "house arrest".  I have made it back to church a few times and Taylor's baseball games.  My brother and his wife came out for a weekend and I was able to go around with them (I will post pictures later).  Right now it is just a day by day thing so I am trying to be patient but going crazy.  I hate to be such a complainer!!!!!!!  My ultrasound is Friday so we will hopefully find out what we are having, any guesses?
