A weekend and Baby Shower to REMEMBER!!!!

Gina and I....I was so shocked at how special the party was!!

Weekend before last Matthew and I traveled to Middletown,OH for a wonderful family filled baby shower from Matthew's side of the family!! Words can't describe just how special the event meant to us and all the sweet family that showered us with lots of love. This was truly a wonderful memory and we are so blessed to have such wonderful family to help us welcome our little man very soon. The funfilled weekend started with a baseball game where my Father-in-Law sang the National Anthem. We all relaxed and had a great time. The next day my sister-in-law Jenna and her cousin Mary took my shopping,lunching, and to get nails done all while the party planners and hosts set up for the big night. Everyone made Matthew and I feel so special the whole weekend, I truly felt like a pampered pregnant woman!!! Later in the evening the party started and boy was it a blast!!! The shower was set-up outside with precious tables, twinkle lights, chinese lanterns, themed polka dots in brown/blue/white and a special gift opening spot. I could go on and on just how special!!!! Thank you to all our family for making the weekend one we will always treasure. We love you all!!!!

My parents and I decided to take the annual trip to Florida this year even though sadly my sweet husband had to stay back in Nashville and study for the BAR!!!! We had a great time together and really enjoyed the sun and surf. At the same time Matthew took the week to study hard for the Bar that was just around the corner!!! It was so funny though because I felt like a pregnant teenager without a husband the whole vacation. I would even catch some at the pool trying to figure out the situation given I was with my parents on the trip.....it was too funny!! All in all we had a blast as a family!
