Five days into the school year, I got a call from the principal. They were taking all the second graders out of the class and putting them in the other classes. I asked if his friends would be with him, the principal asked which friend, I told him he paused and said yes that will work. I am glad I asked and now Elliott has been in the new class for five days. He of course likes it. This kid loves school and takes it so seriously. He is a huge rule follower, I wonder where he gets that from. Oh wait me :-)
We did miss two days of school for a family reunion at Disneyland. Sadly Mr. Elliott had the worst cold ever and was sick the whole weekend. Double sadly my brother and his wife couldn't make it because he was DJing in Berlin. Berlin as in Germany -- my brother the international DJ. Makes me happy. However we did miss them.
