4th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2012

This was my 4th time to Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta. This time I didn't take much photo of the hot air balloon but more focus on night landscape photography. The synchronize light show (as per photo) was a new attraction added this year which was extremely beautiful in the night!

I reached there about 5.40pm and it was terrible jam along the way to the Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta side. I think there were about more than 10,000 people on that day and was extremely crowded. Actually this time I was joining the Malaysia EOS DSLR club for the shooting, but end up shooting alone because everyone were busy shooting on their own and also difficult to gather around as it was too crowded. I go there mainly for photography but I saw quite a number of couple go there just to enjoy the hot air balloon and have a nice evening with their love one.

Promise next year will go for the 5th Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta!

World Sleep Day 2012

World Sleep Day is an annual event, intended to be a celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep, including medicine, education, social aspects and driving. It is organized by the World Sleep Day Committee of the World Association of Sleep Medicine (WASM) and aims to lessen the burden of sleep problems on society through better prevention and management of sleep disorders.

This year, the World Sleep Day was celebrated on 16th Mar 2012.

在我们的生活上也是如此，念书是我们总是为了名次而与班上同学斗得你死我活；在职业上，我们又是为了职位，名利，加薪，而与同事斗得你死我活；在爱情上，当两个男子同时间喜欢一个女孩子时，又是为了爱情而斗得你死我活。在斗争上，就有赢者和输者，赢者就开心，输者就伤心。有时候，我总是不明白，人为何为了斗争的结果来决定我们的心情？若我们学会不与人斗争或比较，我们也许会过得更开心，更有意义的生活。

若有一天，我们在为生命倒计时，我们就会更珍惜生活的每一分，每一秒了。那时候，我们就会觉得斗争已毫无意义了。。。

拍照vs摄影

拍照和摄影有分别吗？对我来说是有分别的。拍照是用相机（无论是电话相机，普通相机或是DSLR相机）把想要拍的景色，静物，事物，生物或人物拍下而已。摄影不只是把想要拍的景色，静物，事物，生物或人物拍下，更讲求技巧，角度，光线和美感。我每次拍摄的事侯，都会想想要如何拍出一张有美感，有故事的照片。要知道照片所要表达的是什么，别人看了会留下什么的印象。

接触DSLR相机大约有两年了，现在还是学习的阶段，很开心自己对摄影还蛮有兴趣和才华的。至今所学的都是自学的，没有多余的钱去上摄影课。以前拍照都没有信心，拍不出好的照片，现在至少有了信心去拍出美丽的照片。让我蛮开心和有成就感的是，现在至少可以与初学者分享如何拍出好的照片，而且也有些路人会叫我帮他们拍照。虽然没有钱买专业的DSLR相机，我告诉自己，一架基础的DSLR相机也可以拍出专业的照片。希望有一天可以实现梦想，成为一个专业摄影师，可以与初学者分享自己的摄影经验和作品。
