(I asked my Dad and Byron to smile, and after I took the picture Byron said, "I was being a good smileyer!")

 I knew it was unlikely that a group photo would work out... but we tried for posterity's sake!

 

Undocumented with photos were three other visitors: Uncle Sam, Auntie Olivia, and Uncle Brian.  I want to say that we did more than just read books, but besides playing games and eating, I was pretty negligent at entertaining our guests.  (Please come visit again, and I'll do a better job!)  Perhaps the kids (and Paw Patrol) made up for my deficiencies.  Happy New Year!!!
