Happy Fall!!

Oh how we love to decorate for the holidays!! Thanks to pinterest for some fun new ideas. Karlie and Hailie had so much fun creating our monster face on the front door!! The fall colors are so beautiful but just don't last long enough!

We took our kids to Bear World for one last hoorah before school started this year. They absolutely loved it and so did Mike and I. The animals were so active and the kids loved how close the bears came. We followed the feeding truck in there and it was so fun to watch the bears eat

First day of School!! What a fun day for the kids. Karlie was so funny. The first day of school she came home and was telling us what a fun day she had....she loved everything!! She said "I just can't wait to go to bed so I can wake up and go to school again!!!" Wow, how long can we keep that enthusiasm going!!

We spent much of our summer up in Coeur d' Alene, big surprise!! We also went to Seattle this time and it was an adventure to say the least! Wow! So many crazy people! Our kids loved going to the Seattle Aquarium and on the Harbor Cruise. It was so beautiful! We had perfect weather! Sunny and warm! It's so funny that you take kids on a vacation like this and their favorite part was swimming at the pool at the hotel....who would have known! We could have stayed in IF and done that!!

Life has been at it's craziest! Finally some time to post pictures!

My friend Amy was nice enough to take our family pics for us....I guess they were due after years of not taking any! Thanks Amy! Here are my all time favorite two boys!!

Happy 6th Birthday to my sweet Karlie! This year for Karlie's birthday we did the sweeeetest cake ever. A Candy Land Cake. She loved it and loved to eat it! We had a little family party here in Idaho Falls then took the party to Coeur d' Alene and continued it there with our cousins whom we miss so much! I hear people say this all the time but honestly, time flies by way too fast. She has been such a wonderful girl in our family. She has the funniest sense of humor and makes us all laugh all of the time! Some of Karlie's favorite things to do are scrapbooking with mom, going to school, playing with friends, and anything where she can take her shirt off and play. I know....it's weird but nothings better than jumping on the tramp in your underwear! Please...please...just stop growing up!

Karlie got a new bedroom for her birthday....I've gone a little overboard with the decorating. But hey it's been fun to decorate on a budget and looking how cute it is! She loves it!

By the way...her birthday was also crazy hair day at school so we had to go all out for that!

I guess better late than never on these Easter picks. We had a really fun Easter this year. We hit up three different Easter Egg hunts....just couldn't resist! The kids really enjoyed it and also had fun dying eggs with their cousins.

A few weeks ago it was such a gorgeous weekend so Mike and I decided to take the kids on a little outing. We just went a little over an hour up past Kelly Canyon and hiked. It was so beautiful and the perfect hike for little kids. They had more fun throwing rocks over the edge and into the stream. So....right at the trail head we looked up and saw a cave looking rock so we decided to climb up there to eat our lunch so Mike hauled the heavy cooler and lunch up there and it was much steeper than we thought. It was so hard to climb up because the rocks just made us slide back down. We finally made it though. But once we were up there, it was really dusty and we didn't want to make our sandwiches in the dust.....so poor Mikey had to haul everything back down. What a trooper!

Talk about keeping us busy!!!! This little dude is such a little athelete. He really has so much fun with sports we can't keep him out of them. For the last few weeks he has been doing basketball, football, and soccer all at the same time. So on Saturdays he has games for all three. It's a little ridiculous but he won't give any of them up. I definately don't want to push him into doing anything and wear him out but this little dude never gets tired! One guarantee is a good nights sleep Saturday night! I can tell you his coach is pretty proud of him!

Me and the kids were just doing a little reminiscing and of course they love to see pics of when they were little. So stinkin cute! I love these kids~

Merry Christmas!!

We are so ready for Christmas! Today is Christmas Eve and we're headed to a big family party! We are already prepping for the Packers Game tomorrow! Merry Christmas!
