Our Sweet Patsy

Our sweet Patsy gave us all a big scare this week.  On Wednesday morning, my mom thought she might be having a heart attack so my Dad rushed her to the American Fork hospital.  Thankfully, it was not a heart attack.  However, the doctors weren't exactly sure what was causing her irregular heartbeats and thought there might be a blood clot, so an ambulance took her down to Utah Valley.  She spent the day in the ICU and they diagnosed her with supraventricular tachycardia.  Which basically means her heart has an electrical problem.  Luckily, medication seems to be working for now.  She was upgraded to a regular room that night and was released from the hospital the next afternoon.  Whew!  She can now say, she literally marches to the beat of her own drum. :)

Stew's Phone Calls

Stew likes to make calls using his hand to various people throughout the day.  It makes me smile every time.  I finally got him doing part of it on camera.  Here he is calling Stewart to let him know that he gets to have a sleepover at Grandma Patsy and Papa's house.

Translation "  ... Daddy... go Grandpa's house. all right. "

Arrrrr Matey!

The first sign that Stewart is back in school:

His left eye takes a beating.  He stares at a computer for hours at a time and is usually getting less than 5 hours of sleep.

The solution:

Aye!  That's a fine patch.

Oh, No She Didn't!

Oh, yes I did!  My older sister sent our family each a pair of Pajama Jeans for Christmas. We died laughing when we opened them, particular the pair for little Stew.  But once I tried them on.... I loved them.  They are extremely comfortable and yet they look like jeans.  And today I didn't have a chance to shower before I took Evie to school so .... that's right.... me and my Pajama Jeans made our debut to the public!

Snow is the Best!

A storm last week brought a bunch of snow.  Good times for all!
