Hmmm...Etsy???

Ok, so I bought a hand-made diaper/wipe carrier before Skylee was born. Well, yesterday I set out on making one... Could it really be THAT hard to replicate? Well, here's my finished product. It matches the one I bought exactly. I'm super excited! SO...I was thinking about starting my own little etsy site since I LOVE sewing THAT much. Why not make some money off of something that I love to do!?! Here's the finished product for a friend that's having her baby girl in May.

So yesterday I decided to take pictures of the kids in their green outfits. Not only did the kids both have green outfits, but they matched (thanks Wendy for the cute dress for Skylee!). I was hoping to snap a bunch like this one...

but managed to get more like this one...

Oh well, at least they show my kids how they really are, lol.

My first time with the ruffles on a full-sized baby blanket and it turned out awesome! Skylee loves it already...soft and silky in one!

OK...so besides sewing, my other addiction is photography. I am by no means "good" but I love learning how to take pictures (thanks Brian for giving me some photography knowledge) and love practicing (in manual mode even!). I get all excited when I get a somewhat decent picture like this one! I thought the "weeds" in the picture were cute, lol. Isn't Skylee adorable!?!

I just cannot seem to get enough of it these days! I wake up wanting to sew, sewing when the kids are napping, and then want to stay up late and sew, lol. This is my latest creation for my friend, Jen, who is having a little girl, Avery, in April.
