Well crud. The girls left some scissors out in the garage, Margie took them into the downstairs bathroom, and this is what she did. This is right on the heels of spilling red nailpolish all over the bathroom floor a few days ago. We DO watch her. We really do. She is sneaky. She knew I was so sad. She kept saying, "I sorry Mommy. I sorry I cut my hair." The more frustrated I get with her, the more her lip quivers and her eyes fill with tears, so I have to be careful, but SERIOUSLY? :( She cut it on both sides...to her ears. Let's just focus on the positive. I'm glad she didn't hurt herself and I'm glad she only went for a small trim.

She will look like a young Emily with a bob! Joel cut Merrody's hair like that once. The resulting haircut was one of her best!
I am sitting here crying with you:( I was just sitting there on sunday admiring her beautiful blond locks! Both my girls did this so I know how you feel. So so sorry.
She's going to look like an adorable mini- emily at that age(which is how I'll always remember your girls) with a cute little bob. :)

At least she didn't cut bangs up to the hairline. She looks so sorry and sad. She will look darling in any haircut ! I know how you feel....sad,mad,sorry, and thankful all at the same time.

Dang it!! But really - she could be bald and still one of the cutest kids I've ever laid eyes on. :) Glad she didn't hurt herself. Counting down the days until your marathon? We've been saying lots of prayers for you. You're going to blow everyone away!! laura
