These are three of the four new lights steve and I bought on our date on Friday night. We spent a little while on Saturday putting them up. Of course we experienced some difficulty with our old house with its odd wiring and lighting hardware. It was fun.

Yeah it is everywhere. Under the bar is magnetic and two other small spots. Pretty neat. We can't write on it till Monday though.

I'm part of a committee at church preparing a published document, "perils and promise of technology". After writing the sections on privacy and exposure to predators, I've decided that we clearly are not following the council I'm developing.

As a result we are going private with this.

Ezekiel: He is a really old guy that died. He was around when the world was flat. He sailed off the world and died in outer space. He is somewhere in outer space.
Me: Did he discover anything?
Ezekiel: Yeah, some island.
Me: Do you remember what the island was called?
Ezekiel: India, I think.

So he is a little confused. I thought it was funny.

Autumn...

One of my favorite times of year. It is officially here. I love this time of year. I love that the weather is u predictable. I love that you get to wear a sweatshirt because there is a nip in the air. I love when you can take off your jacket because the sun is so warm. I love when the wind whips through the trees and takes leaves with it and the leaves whirl around and flip over and over till they land on the ground. I love driving down and seeing all the beautiful colors.

We are all sick.

The trees are gone....

Well, some of them anyways. We are happy with the job. We just need to do a bunch of clean up. They cleaned up most, but we need to start cleaning up leaves and small branches that were in the woods. We now have sunlight in our front yard. I think that people think we are crazy. People in Connecticut love their overgrown trees.

Adelaide's room

So we decided rip up some walls. Yeah for demolition. Adelaide's room had close to no insulation in the walls and ceiling. Where the dry wall was suppose to be was some kindof compresed board that you could easily break. So we will see how long this project will take us. The goal is for Adelaide to have a warm room this coming winter.










We will just see how long it takes us to do some after photos.
