I need an outlet, I know that, I am so quiet and so pent up that not having an outlet for emotion is not a good thing...but I find it just as hard to write about things as I do to talk about them.
And let me tell you talking is something I *hate*. I am not evensure why, or how i got like this but honestly people scare the piss out of me.
I prefer to be left alone, to read, draw, stitch, whatever. But the give and take of conversation, doesn't interest me. Oh, I'll listen to someone talk about their lives til the cows come home, and there are very few things I'll tell you to shut up about...hate and the colour of a baby's Bowel Movement are two things that will get an automatic "SHUT UP" from me.
You can hate on all you want, just don't involve me in it. Yes, I have things I don't like, behaviours ( especially entitlements) that drive me insane, but recently I have been hearing people say things like "Gays need to die" or "If you don't have kids you don't belong" or "If you're not Christian your going to hell" you know what, you wanna talk like that, shut the fuck up. or say it to one of your close minded buddies but keep me out of it.
And baby poo, why do *I* need to know what colour someone's kid crapped this morning? And how do I respond to it? Do they want to hear what colour *I* pooped this morning? I doubt it. poo is poo no matter who made it...and no one really cares what colour it is.
Why am I wondering about this question? because in the past two weeks, I've had 4 people share with me the details of their kid's movements...Why? Got me. But I prefer NOT to know.
Anyhow other than that I'll listen to pretty much anything, as long as you don't expect me to talk. It probably has to do with the fact that I am so very introverted to begin with...even woth folks I know and care about.
I just took the Meyer-Briggs test - again. My nephew needed to admister it for his psych class and I wondered if it would come out differently in person than it does online. Nope I am still INJT with the introvert part coming out as 100% expressed. My nephew's comment was "that explains alot. wow." Uh- yeah kid you've known me all your life, I damn near raised you and you're surprised?? How does that work?
But back to the original question...what *DO* you write about?

I am not sure how good I am going to be at this, I rarely have anything to say. Seriously.
In real life I am so shy I will run from a room in order not to have to talk to people I don't know. Kids, adults, even freaking dogs...I am so shy and so intensly private that I find it really, really hard to hold a normal conversation.
I am ok online, because I can ignore, answer or what ever...when and if I want, not on demand.
I am an avid cross stitcher andI started fiddle lessons in December. I have a wonderfully nice teacher this time...but she's bat shit crazy. Completely and utterly Bat Shit Crazy. First lesson She asked:
"where do you want to go with this, what is your ultimate goal?"
so I answered honstely with "Tullochgourm".
She responded " do you have a copy of it?"
So for the second lesson I found it and She started me on it.
Riiiiight.
After three lessons with it, I asked her to play it and she blurted out " Wow. That's hard. Wow"
paused a second or two and said "do you have anything easier?" LOL!
Any how enough for now.
