Ringing in the New Year....

I think I say this every year, but I am going to say it again. I cannot believe that another year has come and gone. Time goes by too quickly, and I find myself wishing it would just slow down. No matter how much I wish, it's not going to happen, so I am trying to just enjoy each moment as it comes. Cherish these times with little ones at home, and loving my life as it is!

Tonight we stayed in, rang in the new year early with the kids (since we have church tomorrow). We made pizza, watched movies, ate yummy snacks and popped some poppers! The kids had lots of fun!

Afterwards, it was time to clean up....


Cole came up with the great idea of rolling around to pick up the papers!


Everyone else loved it, and joined in :)


Then Jeff pulled out the vacuum and helped clean the floor and the kids pj's!


We had a LOT of fun! I love nice relaxing days, spending it with my Awesome Hubby and Fantastic Kids!!!

This year has had it's ups and downs. It has been challenging in some aspects, and so rewarding in others! I have a Great feeling about this next year, and cannot wait to see what it has in store for us! We are ready for it, and look forward to what a new year might bring us!

Our Year in Review!

2011 brought us some challenges, trials and many blessings! It was a hard year, but still a great year!


Haden was Baptized on the same day his cousin Ethan was!


Haden was able to participate in his first ever pine wood derby!


Jeff started doing WatchDOGS!


We had silly leprechauns come visit!


Cole and Grant rode some sheep!


Jeff won the toughest Dad competition at our super fun reunion!! And lots of time was spent with cousins and having a blast!!


Somebody turned 5 :)


This little man turned 2!


And this kid turned 7!


Cole graduated from Pre-School, he was so sad to have it end!


The school year ended and Summer fun began!!


We sadly said goodbye to the Mann's as they made their adventure to Michigan!


We worked through the summer crossing off items on our Bucket List! Something that we will definitely be doing each summer!!!


We did LOTS of swimming! And Cole even basically taught himself to swim!


This pretty little thing turned 4!


I turned 29 - Blah :)


We went camping and fishing and enjoyed nature!!


Cole had his tonsils and adenoids removed, and was a trooper!!


School started again....Haden is in 3rd grade, Grant is in 2nd grade and Cole started Kindergarten!


Jeff started a new adventure as well, started school on his way to be a Pharmacist!


We made lots of visits to the dentist with most of the kids!


Haden had to have stitches....ack!!


Jeff turned 32!


Kahle potty trained!!!!! No more diapers for this house!


Delaney had to be put to sleep to get her cavities filled.


Lots of sewing and time for these kiddos costumes!! The kids are way too cute :)

We had a Fantastic Thanksgiving!!!!


Somehow we have a 9 year old...crazy!!


Jeff and I celebrated 10 years of being married!


Herbie joined us this year for lots of Elf Fun!!!


Visiting Santa, and making sure they have been good!!!


We are ending this year having had a very Merry Christmas!

We are so blessed with friends and family who have been there for us through the highs and lows of this year! We are looking forward to ringing in the new year tonight and seeing what 2012 will bring to our family!!
