Miss K

Yesterday was Miss K's 4th birthday!! I can't believe how fast they grow-up. We didn't really have anything special planned. I always let the kids choose what they want to eat that night for dinner, and let them pick out what kind of cake they want me to make. Granted, I am not a cake decorator, so their choices are VERY limited. Miss K wanted Mac and Cheese with PB&J sandwiches for dinner, and pink cupcakes with purple frosting. We also decided to take her and the boys to Monster vs. Aliens 3D!! It was really cute. Of course, Miss K fell asleep half way through the movie. That seems to be here trade mark when it comes to movie theatres. Here are a few pics to document this wonderous occasion!!

BUNCO!!!

I went to my first Bunco party!! To be flat out honest, I did not really want to go. Mostly because I didn't know what to expect. I finally realized it was the company that mattered, and a bunch of fun people were going to be there (Twisted Brethern). Anyways, my husband and I decided to go and we had a great time!! It was a cowboy theme, so everyone was suppose to dress-up. My hubby didn't, of course, but I did!! I downloaded a picture so everyone can see what a goofy cowgirl I would make. The hat is Miss K's, it is a little small!! Anyways, we had a night full of food, dice, and trash talk!! Butta, (a friend of mine), and I took trash talk to a whole new level!! For those of you who have not had the opportunity to play, I would get a group together and.........BUNCO!!!!

A Night At The Emmy's!!

For our ward activity, each family was asked to make a video to be presented at the "Emmy Night". You could win awards in 3 catagories: Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Movie. For this special occasion, a few friends and I decided to go to D.I. and get "glammed up". It was so much fun. They had a red carpet and everything!! And the best news of all.....Big C, (my oldest son), won best actor!!! I hope to post this movie to share with everyone, but I still have not got it back from my ward!!
