July is home to the annual Grey's River trip! Gramp & Gram D, mom & dad D, and Brian's siblings and their familes all look forward to the trip each year! Last year I was a rookie and this year I was "seasoned." B & I purchased an old "Road Ranger" camp trailer this summer and Grey's River was it's first REAL adventure. It held up great through the occasional rain and kept us nice and warm at night (A LOT warmer than the tent trailer)! right: Gram & Gramp D cruising in the rhino

What's a camping trip without a few four-wheeler rides! With the Rhino (and it's extra seating...thanks to dad D) and 2 four-wheelers, there was fun for EVERYONE!
Last year was the first year the D family floated the river. It was such a hit, I think it's a new tradition! This year the water was a bit lower and COLDER, but it didn't stop us!
Fire's weren't allowed this year because it was too dry. This really changed the way we camped! Of course we had to have s'mores though...so we roasted over the stove!
