Midsommar

Vi har många goa bilder från detta med. Här kommer ett litet urval.

Först hade vi solsken när dansen kring stången var. Barnen älskade sina kransar som vi band på morgonen av blommor från rabatterna runt vårt hus, hehe. Vi kom tidigt och stången var inte rest än då. Barnen stack huvena igenom en av ringarna. Mamman plåtade lycklig.

I love midsummer! Both rain and sunshine is a must this day, as well as good food and friends and of course some dance around the pole and flowers in the hair. We had it all this year, as usual. It is such a blessed time of the year, the time I love the very best. I'm happy to live in a country where we have all the right heathen traditions, hahaha!

PS. It is 23.10 and dusk is slowly approaching. In 3-4 hours it will be totally light again. Can you tell why I love Sweden at midsummer?

Semestern

I början av månaden hade vi en härlig liten semester till Småland och Astrid Lindgrens värld. Fler bilder kommer så snart mamman orkar. Ni får hålla till godo med de här BÄSTA bilderna så länge!

"Jag ÄLSKAR Pippi"sa Saga morgon nummer två när vi skulle gå till "Pippi-parken" igen. Hon var helt såld, kan man säga. Ville vid Villa Villekulla. Då när han fick klättra var han riktigt nöjd.

We had a lovely vacation in the beginning of the month. More pictures will come. Here are just some of the very best. We went to Astrid Lindgren's World and met Pippi and all our other favourite characters. Especially Saga LOVED it. She has a crush on Pippi Longstocking - cant't you tell from the hug-picture. She never wanted to let go. Ville was happier when he got to play and climb. Fortunately this theme park is the best play place in the world, I dare say. Whenever you come to Sweden this is a must! The last picture is a symbol of how I think it feels to be a parent at times...

Liseberg

En klar fördel med att jobba i Norge är att de fortfarande har helgdag på Annandag Pingst. Så förra måndagen när svenskarna trälade på sina jobb åkte familjen i strålande sol och 25 grader värme till Liseberg, för att avnjuta ett besök helt befriat från köer. Fantastiskt!

We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Göteborg's amusement park Liseberg. The rest of Sweden was at work, so there were no lines anywhere, and the weather was hot and sunny, for once. Fantastic!

Titta på bebisen!

Idag var mamman och pappan på Östra för Det Stora Ultraljudet. Det var pirrigt, eftersom vi inte gjort något ultraljud förrän nu och mamman blitt lite mobbad för tvillingar. Men det är bara EN BEBIS och den var precis så fin som en liten ultraljudsbebis kan vara!

Här är en bild på fötterna! Den låg med fötterna rakt upp och huvudet ner när barnmorskan började och hon fångade de små fotspåren så rart:

Beräknad födelse framflyttad två hela dagar till 3 november (vilket borde innebära en igångsättning i oktober - HURRA!)
Bebisens storlek: 18-19 cm från huvud till tå
Kön - okänt, fortfarande. Pappan hävdar att han såg snopp, mamman såg inte det. Saga är ju säker på att det är en tjej som heter Agnes. Ville tror att det är en Johanna, som är det finaste namnet och som fiffigt nog passar på både tjej och kille, enligt Ville då (hihi).

So we did the ultrasound today. It was the first (and probably only) one so the Mommy was a little nervous that there would be two babies. But there was only one, and it was beautiful! The second picture is of its little feet - so cute! Due date was moved forward two whole days to November 3, which probably means that the baby will be here in October since labour will be induced to avoid a speedy delivery on the living room floor this time too, hehe. The size ot the baby is 18-19 cm and we still don't know the gender. The Daddy claims he saw that it was a boy, the Mommy did not see this. Saga is still sure it's a girl named Agnes. Ville thinks it is a Johanna, since this is the prettiest name and since it conveniantly enough works on both a boy and a girl - according to Ville (hihi).
