Hello everyone, I’m really desperate now and can’t find any solution. For the past two days I’ve been having issues with my Steam Link device. Every minute or two it restarts, and it’s a constant loop that won’t stop. I’ve tried everything: unplugging the USB devices, testing another HDMI port, running it without the ethernet cable, installing the new version (910) via USB as well as the previous one (909), changing the power outlet, and of course restarting everything (PC, router, TV, etc.). Just to be clear, I also did a factory reset but nothing fixes it — it always keeps restarting.

There’s only one exception where it never shuts down: when I do the USB update. But once it finishes and the system starts, the issue comes back, which I find strange and I don’t know what could be happening.

I’ve already contacted Steam Support, but while I wait for their reply, I was wondering if any of you might have an idea and could help me. Thanks in advance :)
