The new Steam Controller does now turn off when you turn off the Steam Link. But about 5 seconds later the Steam Link turns back on again. It also doesn't register when the controller is off. If the puck is connected it acts like the Controller is turned on even when it isn't. To turn it off now I have to select to turn off the steam link, wait for the light to go off on the cotnroller and then unplug the puck from the Steam Link. If I do that it stays off.
The Controller\puck are on the latest firmware.
SteamLink connection crashing after latest update on my sony bravia 8 ii. Games run for some time then what looks like a crash during play, which lands back on the steamlink page. after reconnecting the game is still running. Both the PC and TV are hardwired, no obvious windows events crashes on pc host machine. Issue was not present on last steam link version. Tired a few different configuration with hardware encoings, av1 on/off, hevc on/off. all result in the same crash.

There is likely a crash log on the TV but not sure how to get logs off of my tv to share here.
if its android tv, try sideloading the app from the android subforum

Has the PS3 DualShock 3 controller BT support been touched? I cannot seem to pair it anymore via BT, works fine with a wire.

Error message is about a 'unknown device attempting to connect'. I do see the device flashing on the Bluetooth setup list, but no input is taken.

Nothing's been touched in Bluetooth in a while. Do you know when the last build that worked for you with it was?
I managed to get it back working after couple hours of resets, plug-ins/outs, so progably it want build related. I think the last option Itried was to find the original PS3 cable and plug it in. Wait for a while, press the PS button, disconnect the cable and push the PS button again in order to have it finally paired correctly.

its tricky to get ds3/4 to pair bt when using them by usb
always takes a few attempts to get the timing right

better to use a k/m or another controller to pair the next controller
