I've got steam link installed on a raspbian pi and connected to steam on Ubuntu 18.04. The only way I could get my xbox one controller (1914) to work fully was to buy the official wireless adaptor and use virtual here to connect it to work with the host computer.

Doing this I can have 2 controllers working wirelessly for local co op (like lego jurassic world playing with my son). All the buttons map correctly to play the game. Couldn't get Bluetooth to work at all and using it wired didn't always work with steams controller configuration when sent over the link.

Haven't tried anything like headsets or the share buttons etc.

Virtual here worked "out of the box" but I had to install xow on the host for the wireless adaptor to work. Also had to pair the controllers on the host then move the stick to the raspberry pi after.

thank you for your reply.

it seems VirtualHere works fine on RPi, but unfortunately I don't have any RPi.

I am also curious whether virtualhere works on a steam link app running on linux connecting to a host pc running windows.
