Tuesday, February 24, Sisters Temple Trip - 7:30 pm session. Meet in the church parking lot at 6:30 pm to carpool.
Thursday, February 26, Cooking/Baking Class - 6:30 pm @ Wendy Killian's. Come learn more about once-a-month freezer meals.. All are invited!
Monday, March 2, Singles FHE - 6:30 pm. @ Linda Tinoco's home. Refreshments will be served.
Sunday, March 8, Stake Conference @ the church, 10:00 am. Adult session, Saturday evening, 7:00 pm.
Saturday, March 14, Stake Relief Society Service Project - "A Gift of Love", 10:30 - noon. Come with your donated items and help assemble kits for local organizations. Lunch will be served.
Thank you all so much for everything you do to contribute to our Relief Society. We love each and every one of you, whether you serve in the Primary, Nursery, Young Women's, or Relief Society. You all make this a wonderful sisterhood to which we are so blessed to belong!

"A Gift Of Love"
The Eldorado Stake Relief Society is celebrating the Relief Society Birthday with a stakewide service project called "A Gift of Love". We invite all sisters to participate on March 14 from 10:30 - noon at the Arrowhead Chapel. We will be assisting a number of service organizations with specific needs by donating items from wishlists they have provided. We will be helping Gordon McCaw Elementary, Childhaven's Peggy's Attic, St. Jude's Ranch for Children, Military personnel serving from Nevada, and the Food Banks of Boulder City and Searchlight.
Below are the wishlists we have received from these organizations. We are asking that you look over these lists and donate what you can. Some things can be purchased, others we can all find in our own closets. All of the wards in the stake are receiving the same wishlists, so our ward is not expected to provide everything on each list.
You can leave a comment on this post of things you would like to donate. We also have a sign-up sheet in each of the binders at church on Sundays. Hygiene and Make-Up Kit items need to be collected by March 7th, and turned into the Stake. Other items can be brought to the Arrowhead Chapel on March 14th, the day of the Service Project. We will then join together to assemble the donated items on that day.

Other suggestions: trail mix, dry drink packets, small poptop canned fruit, suduko puzzles, car magazines, sports magazines, crossword puzzles books

Remember to bring a grocery bag of non-perishable food for a local food pantry. Food for infants is desperately needed (baby cereal, formula, etc.)

Upcoming events...
Salvation Army Food Drive - Sign up at the Bishop's office for a box to fill. Join with another family and fill a box, or maybe do a food-drive scavenger hunt as a family home evening activity! Boxes due February 21.
February 10&11 - Visiting Teaching Interviews, 6-8 pm - Come and let us know how your beats are going! If you haven't signed up for a time yet, call Aubry Walker or Wendy Killian to set one up.
February 10-13 Stake Temple Week - The Stake has asked us to visit the temple as many times as we are able this week. If you would like to sign-up for a specific time to go, please contact Sister Killian, Brother Chia, or Brother Morris.
February 14, 6:00 pm - Adult Valentine's Day Dinner and Dance @ the church. Please contact Brother Jenson for food assignments.
February 17, 6:30 pm - Enrichment Night Chocolate Appreciation Night @ the church. Please bring a non-perishable food item (no glass)for the Salvation Army Food Drive in exchange for some good chocolate!
