Here are a few things coming up to mark on your ever-so-busy calendars!!
Every TUESDAy night, we will be having a Relief Society activity. We are calling them TERRIFIC TUESDAYS!!! The following is a schedule of the different activities being held each week. We will give further details such as the place we are meeting, or specifics of the activities as each Tuesday approaches.
Every 1st TUESDAY, 6:30 pm: FOOD STORAGE GROUP
Every 2nd TUESDAY, 6:30 pm: COOKING/BAKING GROUP
Every 3rd TUESDAY, 6:30 pm: ENRICHMENT NIGHT/SISTERS NIGHT OUT
Every 4th TUESDAY, 6:30 pm: SISTER'S TEMPLE TRIP (meet in parking lot at 6:30 pm)
We'd love for each of you to attend our TERRIFIC TUESDAYS! We will have lots of things to learn and lots of fun to have!

Sisters moving in and out...
We are always so sad to say goodbye to friends and sisters of the ward. Recently, Angie Bunker and her family moved to Connecticut. We are sorry to see them go, but we wish them the best in their new surroundings. We'll miss you, Angie!
We would like to welcome a new sister, Mindy Adam, to our Relief Society. We are excited to have her and her family in our ward!

Here are the upcoming events for the week:
Tuesday, March 10 - Food Storage Group, 6:00 pm at Debbie Hunt's. Bring your favorite bean dish and the recipe.
No cooking group this month.
Saturday, March 14 - Stake Enrichment Service Project, 10:30 am- 12:00. Bring your donations and help sort, stuff and serve! Dress is casual and we will eat lunch there. Please bring a grocery bag of non-perishable groceries for a local food pantry.

A Chance to buy WHEAT!
A word from our Food Storage Specialist, Michele Strelow:
OK everyone! Here is a great deal that is available in Utah, but not in Nevada. We are trying to get a very large group order together. Let's take advantage of this!
We have the opportunity to order wheat in bulk. It's hard White winter wheat. They are charging $21.99 for a 45 lb. white wheat bucket from Lehi Roller Mills and if I did the math correctly from the cannery price sheet, that's $3 less than using the cannery to can all your wheat yourself! :) And the biggest benefit is, it's done!
The recommended amt. of wheat per adult is 150 lbs. (three buckets). If you are just starting on your wheat, they suggest getting a rounded three month supply of everything and then slowly working your way to a year.
Here's the specifics:
$21.99 per bucket (that is 45lbs of wheat). There is no tax.
Order and CASH due by March 3rd. You must pay cash for your order. Receipts will be given. The sister taking the orders will not take checks or charge.
After the order is placed it will take 7-14 days before it get here.
The wheat is in a 6 gallon, re-usable bucket (they usually go for $6-$7 each on their own).
The one other request I am making is that if you have a truck & could possibly help with the pick up let me know. We will need all the help we can get. Especially brothers. These buckets are heavy!!!
