Back in the middle of July Ryan left once again for more training in Oklahoma City. It was seriously one of the longest most difficult periods of my life! This second round of his training was for 10 weeks, but with travel it wound up being approximately 12 weeks (almost 3 months)! I missed my husband so badly that (as cheesy as this sounds) my heart literally ached! I was able to at the end of his training to fly out there and then travel home with him over a 3 day period! It was so fun and such a relief to finally be reunited with my best friend! My flight came in just as Ryan finished up his last day of class so instead of celebrating with his class mates (whom he did not respect very much) he was able to pick me right up from the airport and instead celebrate with me!

Ryan actually took me antique shopping! Now in my opinion that is a man who really loves his wife if he is willing to do that! It was actually way fun since we were trying to find items to decorate our new home!

| Our first stop on our road trip was to Amarillo TX. Ryan's work was pretty strict about how far he could drive each day, so our four day trip really could have been a two day. However I was not complaining! I needed the break! Ryan took me to Cadillac Ranch just outside of Amarillo so we could tag our names! It was soo fun! Probably my favorite day of the whole trip! |

I had to beg Ryan to let me take a picture at the Route 66 sign. As you can tell he was very thrilled!

Ryan said he had a surprise for me when we got to Albuquerque NM, (our next required stop). He took me to the Sandia Tram which is the longest tram in the world. It took us to the top of the Sandia Peak which has a ski resort at the top! Who would have thought that there was a ski resort in New Mexico? Anyways it was absolutely beautiful up there! Seriously breathtaking. And of course it was near sunset (Ryan's favorite time of the day!). There was also a restaurant at the top that we ate at as we watched the sunset! So romantic :)

This is the tram almost to the top! I cant remember how many miles it was but it was pretty far. It took a total of 15mins to get to the top. At one point we had a drop as high as the empire state building.

| This is Bunny (Maggie's favorite sleeping comfort)! Bunny tagged along with Ryan on his trip and had some adventures herself! On our last day of our drive we stopped at 4 corners! |

This was the sweetest reunion ever! Maggie was so so happy to see her Daddy! She missed him so much!
We are so happy to have our husband and father home with us! I was definitly not a home without him here! We are so proud of his hard work he accomplishsed!
