Evening of the Arts

Evening of the Arts was quite the night. Landon did NOT want to perform, he was kicking and screaming the whole way there. When we got there he settled down and did play his song on the piano. I am glad he chose to perform because after it was over I could tell he was happy he did it. Preston drew a picture at home to display, and in his class he had pictures on display too. I don't know if I could say this was a fun night, because of all the crying and screaming. I guess I will just say it's a memory!

Piano Recital

Landon had his first piano recital on the 20th of March. He played the song "Bugle Boys." He was nervous, but still did great. He told me he messed up once, but I didn't notice. He isn't that thrilled about practicing 4 times a week, but I know in the end he will be very grateful he can play.

Way to go Landon! Here is to many more piano recitals in your future! We love you.
