Lindquist Family Christmas

On December 19th, we celebrated Christmas with the Lindquist family at Pete and Mollie's house. The whole gang was there, Grandma and Grandpa Lindquist, Ruth and her husband Hugo, us and of course Pete, Mollie and their son, Pascal. Mollie made a wonderful dinner and as usual was a wonderful hostess. I think she has a bit of Martha Stewart in her! The kids opened their gifts and all were happy. Ruth and Hugo gave Zoe and Pascal each a motorcycle. Zoe's is Dora and Pascal's is some kind of really manly bike! I think Pete was more excited than Pascal...he rides motorcycles and even bought a real one for Pascal before he was born! Isaac got some pretty cool gifts too and loved being with the family. He thinks Uncle Pete is the coolest! Oh, and could Zoe's dress be any more adorable!!!

Isaac's school Christmas party

I am room mom for Isaac's class so I put together their party for Christmas. We had lots of games and yummy snacks. As you can see there was a game involving vaseline and cotton balls to make Santa's beard, the kids all wanted their teacher, Mrs. Hilgeman, to join in and she did which of course the kids thought was hilarious! The party was a success, Isaac and his classmates are a really nice group of kids and they gave me a gift and a card signed by all kids thanking me for the awesome Halloween and Christmas parties. The general consensus of the class based on their comments in the card is that I rock! They are sweet kids and I'm sad there aren't any more parties to plan.
