I love the Gossip

How have I never watched this show before!! I am only mid way through the first season and I am in LOVE!!! I would also like to add that I would never let my teenager daughter (if i ever have one) watch this show...I am highly confused on how these parents are so clueless (or not) on all the sex and underage drinking that is going on!

Here Comes Santa Claus

This past Friday we had my parents ward Christmas party. It was pretty fun for Deek cause a couple of his friends from preschool are in their ward. When Santa Claus first came out and we were waiting in line for our turn Deacon was really scared. I was pretty sure he was going to scream and cry!(He gets that from me! I was super terrified of Santa!) But when it came down to it he got right on his lap and made sure to tell him exactly what he wanted!!

Here he is telling Santa that he wants LOTS and LOTS of boat Legos so that him and his Dad can build them all!! And when we were on our way home Deacon says to me "I didn't even have to pull on his beard cause I just knew it was the real Santa!" It's moments like this that make everything worth it! I love him soooo much!!
Deacon also just recently started speech therapy and we have homework every night. Tonight we were working on the blend "SN" and also "K" So what better way than to make snowflakes out of paper!! He had so much fun cutting them out. Not gonna lie but it took me about five minutes to remember how to fold the paper! We also had fun making it snow in his room by hanging them up above his bed! I am so proud of my little boy and how well he is catching on to saying words correctly!! Plus it's always fun to go back to being a kid and making snowflakes. I could of done that all night!!

Craftastic Weekend!!

Deacon helped put up the Christmas tree today. We had so much fun watching Christmas movies and listening to Christmas songs while putting on all the ornaments!! It's so fun to see his face light up every time he would pull out an ornament and get to put it on the tree!! And it was a lot of fun to tell him the stories behind every ornament!

I also had a fabulous weekend full of crafting! After several trips to Wood Connection and JoAnn's I was able to make these adorable things to add to my Christmas decorations!

30 Minutes of Awesomeness

I went to the gym with my mom and sister tonight and I tried this 30 minute workout they have there! And it was AWESOME!!!! You switch off doing step aerobics and the weight machines. My arms and legs feel like jello!! I'm pretty sure that I am going to be dropping sharp instruments on patients faces tomorrow cause my arms are going to be super sore!! But then I ruined my workout by coming home and eating cream cheese brownies...oops!

Pretty Please

How can you say no to this face even though it is way past his bedtime? Well...you can't. I sure love this little boy even when he comes out and wants me to wake a sleeping fat cat so that he can play with him. And no...I am not letting my son watch Dexter with me. The TV is paused...I swear!!

Only your real friends will tell you when your face is dirty.

Can I just say that I have the best BFF in the whole world?!!

You Know that you are meant to be when you can go into a Reams in Magna dressed liked this!!! And when you don't even need to talk all you have to do is sit on the couch enjoying a nice drink and watching Glee. Love you Jules!! You help me more than you know!!!!!
