Happy Halloween!

I Let Deek pick out his costume this year. It was between Buzz and Thomas the Train. Of course he picked Thomas! He looked so cute and had so much fun Trick or Treating. Or "Rick or Reat" as he would say!!

Just like daddy!

Me and Deek were playing with sidewalk chalk today! He was having a blast. He told me he was drawing a heart! How cute! Looks like he got his daddy's artistic abilities!

Big Boy!!

Well we changed over Deacon's crib to a big boy bed this week. He had one at his grandmas house for about a week now because she had surgery and can't lift for nine weeks. So we decided it was time to change. He did really well for his naps at his grandmas house so I was glad that I didn't really have to try hard to get him to stay in his bed at night! And if you can't tell he is a little obsessed with Thomas the Train or Ombus as Deek calls him. You can't really see but he is holding his Thomas train toy too!

Swimming

The other weekend my parents were up in Deer Valley for my moms work. Me and my sister and Deacon decided to go up and go swimming. Deacon didn't like to be in the water but he liked to sit on the edge and do motorboat. Here are a couple of pictures of him!

Gimme Gimme More

April 19th was mine and Danny's 6th wedding anniversary. So he bought me tickets to see Britney Spears in Las Vegas! It was so awesome! And pretty much the best concert I have ever been too. And yes I know she lip synced but it was still totally awesome to go to her concert! It was at the MGM Grand Garden Arena and I am so glad we decided to go to vegas to see her instead of at the Delta Center. I hate concerts at the Delta Center the acoustics suck so bad and it is just way to big to enjoy anything! Our seats were second from the back wich sounds really bad but they were actually really good. We could see everything that was going on. This is us in the elevator of our hotel getting ready to go see Britney! Danny was secretly excited because he is in love with Britney Spears!

And I totally didn't get the memo that in Vegas when you are a girl and go to a concert that this is how you dress. I went in a tank top and jeans and 90% of the girls were dressed up! Next time I go there I will have to remember this!

Cheeeese.....

Deacon has recently started saying "Cheese" whenever I pull out a camera. So now I have lots of cute pictures of him with this funny smile!!

Easter Eggs

Yesterday we all decided to dye easter eggs. We love doing it and always have so much fun! So here are a few pictures from yesterday. Deacon was taking his nap when were coloring easter eggs. So this is a picture I took earlier that day. I have a ton of him because he kept making me take them. He can be so funny!

Monsters VS. Aliens

Yesterday me and Danny thought that we would attempt to take Deacon to his first movie at the theaters. It was really funny when we walked in cause they were already playing the previews and Deacon was so amazed by the size of the screen! We sat in our seats wich were in the middle of the theater but Deacon wasn't having it! So we had to sit near the front so he could walk around. He did not want to sit down for more than two minutes at a time! It was really cute to watch him cause everyonce in a while the movie would catch his eye and he would say "WOW". Luckely we got to stay for the whole thing cause me and Danny really wanted to see this movie. It was really cute!

And then I just thought this picture was cute! Deacon had just got out of the tub and I told him to be a frog and this was the face he gave me. He is such a silly boy!

Baby Tag!!!

Our Bffs Julie and Grant finally had their baby! He was born on March 28th and was 7lbs 4oz. And super handsome!! I am thinking about stealing him! :) I am so excited for them to start their new adventure in life!! I love you guys!!

Tattoos

So this happened awhile ago but I forgot I had this picture. Back in Febuary was the salt lake tattoo convention and Danny got to work at it this year. The Deseret News came and took his picture so the pic below is the one they took. I thought it was pretty cool! These pictures are just some of the work Danny has done! He is really amazing! I wish I had that much talent!

Let's go for a ride...

Yesterday I was trying to get Deacon ready so we could go over to my moms. I told him that I needed to put his shoes and socks on so we could go bye bye and then he started freaking out and screaming cause he wanted to leave right then without his shoes. I was just letting him throw his tantrum in his room when all of a sudden it got quiet. I went in to check on him and this is what I found.

He had pulled his stroller out of his closet and climbed into it! It was so funny!

And the Dr. is in....

When I was pregnant we had my friends modified xbox so all through my pregnancy and my maternity leave I became obsessed. Sadly he took his xbox back when I went back to work. But the other day me and Danny finally hooked our Internet up on our wii. And I found out I could buy Dr. Mario. So once again I have become extremely obsessed!! And this time around I don't have to play by myself because I can play with people all around the world! It is pretty much the coolest thing ever. So if anyone has a wii and wants to challenge me go right ahead! I would love for people to join me!

Thomas!

Yesterday me, Deacon, and my sis Alisha went and saw Thomas and Friends Live on Stage. Thomas is Deacon's all time favorite show. We are constantley watching the show when we are at home and he carries his Thomas bath toys everywhere. His grandma even bought some so that he didn't have to keep taking them back and forth all the time. So of course when I heard they were coming to Utah I had to buy tickets. The show was really cute and Deacon never took his eyes of the trains. It was so cute to see how excited he got when he found out what he was going to see! So here are a few pictures from our fun day!!

This guy was my sisters favorite. He was the strong man from the circus. He was really weird!

Deacon LOVED the show and he has never sat and watched anything for that long! I bought him a spin toy with lights that I am sure only cost five dollars to make but of course they were selling it for fifteen. But he loves it and has taken it everywhere with him since he got it!!

Pinnocchio

I am so excited cause Pinnocchio has finally came out on DVD! This is one of my all time favorite Disney movies. We went and bought it today and we are watching right now!!
