Happy Girl!

Wait! That's me!  What was I thinking?  You know when you find a picture that you actually like of yourself where you are happy?! Christmas Day 2012

This is the 3rd and final page, currently, that I found inspiration from July 2015 Create Magazine free sketch.  I made a conscious decision to try to go back and use the sketch for pictures that were at least a year old or older.  Since Costco was holding my photos hostage,  I managed to find on hand for years 2012 and 2014.  All different subject matters too which was fun!  (side note: may try and find Disney photos too)  This layout I did after the deadline for the magazine, so I have no idea if I could have had a hat trick.  I used so very old product in this layout.  We R Memory Keeper paper is from 2011 and the rub on from                             . Our last trip on our annual passes to California Disney this spring.  And I must say, we have come along way in taking selfies for old people.  LOL

Indians Baseball

I went back and spent some time with my family in Indiana, it was a mini working vacation.  I had some fun! My parents and I went to a mid-afternoon game to see the Indianapolis Indians vs Scranton Railroaders.  I hadn't been to the new stadium and it was very nice!  I had to laugh cause one of the major sponsors is Chick-fil-a, a restaurant we all love but close one to us is 1 hour away!  The foul line post said "Eat more fowl".  I got such a kick out of it!  It was a good game.  We left top of the 5th cause it was getting really hot sitting in the sun.  Plus, the Indian's seem to have got there runs early and lost at the end.

Pumpkin Picking

 



My favorite season is fall! We always try and make it to the pumpkin patch opening weekend to get ahead of decorating season. Musts for us on the do list... Pick pumpkin, shoot pumpkins, pumpkin treat (missed that this year), and added to list Bucking Pumpkin. That ride is crazy!   Think bucking bull!  We got a great laugh out of watching each other "ride".

Pre Game Day

Big day for the upper classmen, its powder puff football time during homecoming week.  The girls look so cute in there outfit!  And boy, they played hard!  This is the pregame festivities!  FYI Seniors won, they always do...BUT the juniors were amazing! Cant wait till this years game!

Hello Sunshine

 

 

Went with my daughter and her friends to the beach to celebrate one of there 17th birthdays, ride rides, eat junk food, and then finally watch Breakfast Club on the beach at night.  Best of all the 3 moms left the 5 girls alone to there own devices and they came up with some great photos and they all shared them!

Fly High

 

On our quest to avoid long lines, we decided to get on Silly Symphony Swings. I totally hated it. I don't like open air fly high kinda rides. Must be an age thing. Leah looked as if she had a great time flying high. Just when I thought it was over, they only stopped the ride to kick someone off and then started the whole thing again from the beginning. Ahhhhh! June 2014
