CORNBELLY'S at Thanksgiving Point

Monday night I went with my mom and sister-in-law to Cornbelly's at Thanksgiving point. She brought her two kids Brynli and Drake and my other nephew Teigun came to. It was so much fun. They had lots of fun things to do for all the kids. We went down slides, walked through a huge monster, took a hay ride, and the kids jumped on a big bouncy thing! I didn't realize how cold it was going to get so we had to borrow Drake's hat! Nice huh! I'm sad that Eric wasn't there with us! (I love you hun see ya on Saturday!) Sorry I take soooo many pictures!

Dress up and Pumpkin Painting

Sunday we all got together at my parents to paint pumpkins! I painted a M&M one with Ava, she wasn't much help though! We had dinner and then it was time to say goodbye to daddy! (we love you and miss you!!) He had to get back for school. Earlier in the day my neice was over. Ava loves watching her play. We got them both dressed up in the princess outfits! It was so cute! She is going to miss everyone when it's time to go!

Halloween Party

Saturday night we went to a Halloween party at the Lehi Legacy Center with my family. It was fun, they had fun games for the older kids and places to get candy. We walked Ava around to get some, she pretty much just loved the walking around part. It was fun to see everyone dressed up. Ava was such a cute ladybug! Our first day back home

We made it! It's so nice to be back in Utah for a little vacation! Ava was so good on the way down(thank goodness)! On Friday we just hung out and played. Ava has so much fun in Grandma's playroom. There are so many toys it's like a little preschool! She is also loving the attention from everyone! We are staying up in a little loft area of my mom's house. It's the first time we have seen the new house all the way done. It looks so good, I love all the decorations. My favorite part it the little flat screen T.V. I get to watch while I take a shower and get ready!
We also visited with Justin(Eric's brother),Mel and Gabe. It was fun to see them. Mel has the cutest belly(she is pregnant and due in January). Ava and Gabe played with all Gabe's transformer toys. It was so cute! I'm sure this is only the start of alot of pictures to come!

MoRniNg WaLk

A few weeks ago I stood Ava up and started walking around the house with her. It took her a minute to get her feet moving but she loved it. I did it here and there for awhile and now she is obsessed! Whenever I am holding her she finds my hands and wants to stand up. I would say we are walking around the house 80% of the day! One day I took her outside to walk and we have been doing it ever since! It combines her two favorite things walking, and being outside. Daddy is usually at school during all this so she was extra excited to walk with her daddy! It was a little chilly this morning(only because it was 7:30am) so I just grabbed some random clothes for her. Doesn't she look so big in her new shoes?! I love the look on her face when she is doing something new and exploring things. This was actually the first time she decided to sit down and play with the rocks! Of course she just wanted to eat them! Seriously I can't get enough of her!

Friday night lights!

Tonight we went to a High school football game with Joe and Karrissa! She is in Young Women's and one of her girls was cheering. It was so much fun! You know your in Las Vegas when you go through security at a high school football game. We're talking checking our bags and using the little metal detector wand thing! So that was pretty exciting. It was their homecoming game so they had this whole parade thing with trucks carrying cheerleaders, band people,class officers, and small floats. We were sitting right next to the band, Ava was in awe, she just starred and sorta waved her arms. She LOVES being outside(probably because she is couped up in the house all day!) It was a great little date night! I love the weekends!

Halloween is coming- woohoo!!

So I am so excited for Halloween this year! Probably because we get to dress up Ava, and I pretty much love every holiday, but I'm really looking forward to being with my family and seeing all my nieces and nephews dressed up!

And I decided to be festive with a Halloween background! Nice huh!

Mom comes to visit!

My mom came to visit us this last weekend! It was so nice to have her here! My sister Robyn and her husband didn't make it(maybe next month) but it was alot of fun hanging out with my mom. She got in late Wednesday night so Ava was sleeping. I was wondering how she was going to react when she saw grandma. She was so good, a little nervous at first but she warmed right up and played with her. Thursday morning we went shopping for Ava! Grandma spoiled her and she got the cutest fall clothes ever! I can't wait for it to get cold!(Thanks again mom). Then we ate lunch and just hung out! Friday we got to go shopping for me while Eric was in school. That night we ate the Cheesecake Factory! It was my first time eating there, it was pretty good! Then Saturday we did a bit more shopping and of course got a cold stone before lunch! We watched the BYU football game on T.V. and ordered pizza! She had to leave Sunday afternoon. It was so hard to let her go!

It was amazing in just the three and half days she was here I got to sleep in twice, Ava learned to sleep through the night(mostly), the house was pretty much always clean, Eric and I got to go on a date to a movie(Game Plan- it was so cute!) while grandma watched Ava, it was also one of the first times someone watched here that she didn't cry at all, AND we had real meals most of the time(Eric's favorite part)! So I'm pretty sure I have the best mom ever! (Thanks for coming to visit us) We can't wait to come up in about two weeks.

While she was here she took lots of pictures and video of Ava, so here are some of them! She is always happy when she is taking a bath and walking around. She will go all around the house if ya let her, she thinks she is such a big girl.

Here are some more videos of Ava! I know I'm obsessed! She is so funny! The bottom one is of her trying so hard to crawl! She can do so good, but only if it's something she really wants! We just started giving her some finger foods. She likes them but she still doesn't have any teeth so she sort of gums it and then it falls out! The top one is her in the car seat making noises, she just learned that she can do it too! SO CUTE! We were out to dinner with some friends that night. It's kinda dark, but she is wearing a sweat suit because it was actually really cold! But anyway I'm really looking forward to my family coming out to visit in a couple days! We can't wait!!!
